Everything you need is present in the big house. Romain is very friendly and responds immediately to all your questions. We had no hot water at one point and Romain came by immediately. Super host and stay, with a perfect price/quality ratio. RECOMMENDED!

We had a lovely stay. There was everything we could possibly need in the house. It was a very interesting house with decor that had lots to see and discuss.

What a wonderful week I had in this nice and picturesque cottage, not far from the beach. It was small, but enough space for 1 person. The bed was nice and large and there was a good mattress. I admire the ingenuity of the host to make the small bathroom and the small kitchen handy spaces where everything is what you need. In short: a place to come back to again.

If you dreamed of staying in a French farmhouse in the countryside while having all the modern conveniences look no further. There are not enough pictures to do the property justice complete with a lake, ducks, pastures, cows, local old church while being close to all the historic sites you go to Normandy to see. The host is superb. Met us at the door of the property even though she had worked all day as a nationally certified D Day guide. Everything in the house was new, clean, comfortable, and easy to use. The interior is amazing with wooden beams and tastefully decorated keeping with the French country aesthetic. Our stay was great and kept getting better every day as we noticed more and more amazing nuances that really enriched our visit. We could not have imagined a better visit, a better location, or a better host.

Cathy's place was just the perfect place for visiting Normandy during the D Day anniversary. It was one of those places that made you feel right at home, even with the language barrier. I've been trying to go visit the beaches in Normandy for the last 25 years, and I finally got the chance to visit and have a comfortable place to stay made it all worth while.

Marie Claire and her husband are excellent hosts and very nice. The accommodation is well thought out, nothing is missing. We rested well. A place to remember and recommend. Thank you, Marie Claire, for our exchange.

We visited for the 81st D-Day celebrations. Perfectly placed for anyone visiting Sword Beach, Pegasus Bridge, Merville Battery, Hillman and Caen. Stephanie was extremely helpful and let us know about several local events. The clean modern accommodation was perfect for a short or longer stay and there were as many leaflets and guides that were provided that would put many Tourist Information offices to shame! All in all I would highly recommend the accommodation. Information Information

Everything was perfect and perfectly organized by Florence. Thank you for that :-) Communication went smoothly. I would like to point out 2 small things, but they do not lead to a deduction of stars, because I felt incredibly comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. I haven't found a place to store the clothes. I also thought it was a shame that I couldn't park in the residence parking lot. I understood that a private parking space was available. Thank you so much for the welcome gift!! I enjoyed the delicious cider in the evening on the magnificent terrace :-)

Well situated with great view over the estuary and convenient for finding places to eat. Clean comfy and compact apartment and perfect for our stay in Courselles.

We came for 3 days, five of us, including two children, for the Caen marathon. The welcome with Anaelle is very warm, communication is fluid. The accommodation is very beautiful, it contains everything you need. We feel very nice there. The neighborhood is quiet and shops are within walking distance. We were able to enjoy the daily fish market of the neighboring village and enhance our dishes with products from the delicatessen at the end of the street. Our boys enjoyed the different books available in their room every night, the beach close by and the small park behind the accommodation. I would recommend Evelyne and Anaelle's accommodation without hesitation.

Everything was perfect, from the hospitality by an available, warm and pleasant host to the very nice apartment. Accessible from the tram in 2 minutes, this apartment is perfect for a few days. Thanks again James for hosting us and for your availability.

This lovely apartment is even more spacious and beautifully decorated than shown in the photos. It was an ideal stay. Not only is there a large terrace w/a great view of the castle & private parking, but it's located in a quiet but upscale neighborhood that is a short walk into the old city. Great choice of restaurants just outside your door. The tramway is a 5-minute walk away. The building was so quiet I'm not sure anyone else even lives there. We slept well on the beds, the shower is powerful, and the laundry machine is easy to use. There is a damp odor in the bathroom w/shower but it's not a deal breaker. When we had a small problem w/the espresso machine, Marine replaced it within hours -- I don't think I've ever experienced such reactivity from a host before. In short, I would stay there again with pleasure!

A great weekend in a charming studio, with absolutely magnificent sea views! The place is quiet, relaxing and very well located, perfect for relaxing. We had a great time in a spotless apartment, recently renovated, with sea views. No car needed, everything is within walking distance, we enjoyed the dike and the sandy beach. Thanks to Christelle for her welcome, guidelines and advice.

My husband and I just spent two delicious weeks at Miguel and Karine's. The apartment is very functional and warm, and of exemplary cleanliness. They are very attentive hosts and really keen to make their nice accommodation as hospitable as possible. Nothing is missing: there are even some very well-chosen indoor and outdoor books and games! The location with sea view is really very nice: very quiet and in a nice residence. Impossible to get bored even if you want to forget the car: just a few steps away, there is the nautical club and the beautiful promenade along the beach (for pedestrians and bikes) and which goes from the resorts of Lion sur Mer to the center of Ouistreham with a seaport and various museums... and nearby: a very good restaurant and a small beach bar for ice cream and pancakes: very nice! It was a great discovery and we hope to come back!

Beautiful views and well-catered. Check in was easy with Katrin who spoke very good English, which was good because our French isn't great! Cabourg itself is lovely and only a 5-10 min walk away.
