The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

Edgard was very kind at the reception. The house is very good, it offers comfort and many amenities, a super nice and comfortable house. The area is very good and close to the main avenue where there are several cool options for night and day too. I highly recommend Edgard's accommodation.

We spent five days at the house, the Easter holiday and Tiradentes. When we arrived we were super well received by Dona Ube who showed us the house and gave us all the necessary guidance. We were in a group of 5 people, we were well accommodated. The house is charming, it has many very interesting old things that give it the air of being in another decade. The Jacuzzi is the main point of the house, it fits up to 4 people, we really relaxed. We had a barbecue, the kitchen is well equipped, with a new oven and microwave. Water and cleaning items were made available. Everyone liked it very much and rested a lot, the house is very good, but what makes everything pleasant is special is the owner Ubi, we love her, her house is in the back so she is available, we made a point of having her present, a super nice person and full of stories to tell. Thanks for everything Ubi, a big hug.

We spent wonderful days here. Marcelo has great taste and handpicked the place to build this house jewel. The care in communication always present without being invasive, the availability for any need, the offer of flexibility at checkin and checkout and the mimo with chocolate egg and fresh cake on Easter Sunday made all the difference. I recommend without blinking!

Great host and home. Antonio was very responsive, shared local recommendations, and made us feel at home. The home beautiful, peaceful, and provided a very comfortable stay. We would certainly choose this Airbnb home for a future stay in São Paulo.

My wife and six friends of mine spent New Year's there. The house is in a rural gated community. It is even bigger than in the photos. 4 bedrooms plus a private chalet, well equipped and with exclusive swimming pools and Jacuzzi, as well as a pond where tilapia is fished, swimming pool, fitness center, whirlpool and even a mini-market available to guests. Close to the Wine Route with great restaurants. Regina, responsible for the care of the condominium, was super friendly and helpful (they even put a brand new spare refrigerator in the house when the other one malfunctioned). We also hired the services of Valéria, recommended by Regina, who made an absolutely delicious New Year's Eve dinner. We'll be back soon!

Luiz's space is very cozy and faithful to the photos, we had all the necessary support from his team. We will certainly be back.

It is hard to put in words how amazing it was to stay with Beth. First of, she has a heart of gold, by far the best host I met through airbnb. She was always available when I needed anything and promptly responded to my requests. I felt completely at home at her place. Truly like a home out of home. The garden is a delight, an oasis of beauty and peace. The neighborhood is amazing, full of great shops, restaurants and bars, yet the house was very quiet. We had a great stay, the house was clean and tidy. Well spacious and cozy, it has a large outdoor space and an excellent pool. Whenever I needed information, I had a quick response from the host.

Very nice and quiet place, great for those who want to disconnect a little from the routine. The view is beautiful and makes you want to spend the whole day in the bathtub looking at the trees. We had an amazing night in this glass loft. The view is wonderful, the space is super cozy and the experience was unique. Sleeping under the stars with all the comforts was unforgettable. Perfect for a couple's getaway!

The house is very cool. It was clean, organized, quite complete. Equal of the photos. Adriana responds super fast and always a lot. It had firewood and alcohol for the external and internal fireplaces. There's a cottage next door that helped when we need anything. For us it was a great cost benefit. I highly recommend it.
