Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. Wir verbrachten erholsame zwei Wochen bei Salvatore. Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren,wie im Inserat, beschrieben. Man braucht ein Auto, um zu einem Restaurant zu gelangen und einige Unternehmungen zu machen. Im nächsten Ort ist aber auch eine gute Bahnverbindung, um nach Rom oder Neapel zu fahren. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr ländlich gelegen. Die frischen Früchte aus dem Garten, durften wir ernten. Der Pool ist war toll. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Haus weiter empfehlen.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning in Formia. Het huis is mooi en ligt in een schitterende tuin vol olijf- en citrusbomen, waar op een natuurlijke manier gebruik is gemaakt van materialen zoals rotsen – echt een sfeervolle plek om te verblijven. Het contact met de verhuurder Diego verliep heel soepel; hij reageerde steeds snel op onze vragen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door zijn ouders, wat ons meteen welkom liet voelen. Hoewel het zwembad nog niet gevuld was (zoals vooraf aangegeven), was het met het mooie weer wel even jammer dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken – dat had het verblijf helemaal perfect gemaakt. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en activiteiten. Kortom: een heerlijke plek voor wie houdt van natuur, rust en Italiaanse charme!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

Appartamento top, host fantastico. Pulizia, ordine, flessibilità, ospitalità. Tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno perfetto. Sicuramente torneremo ogni qual volta avremo impegni in zona.

If you want a peaceful place to stay away from the touristy crowds, then Villa Salvius is perfect. It's located 5 minutes walk from San Pietro, Scafati station which is on a trainline branch that seemed less busy with tourists, but still easy to get to Pompeii, Herculaneum, & Naples. The area is residential with a good supermarket about a 10 minute walk away with a good selection of groceries. We got some nice cream cakes from İl Boss Delle Torte and had a nice meal at Pizza e Paccheri Evolution. The villa, the huge pool & the BBQ were very clean & we enjoyed the babyfoot table. Although the kitchen is small, it had enough crockery & we cooked several times (a large cupboard in the hallway has additional pots/pans). Everyday, we ate outside either at the huge table in the garden or on the covered terrace/balcony. The views from the garden are beautiful & we watched the sunset over Vesuvius from the garden swing. Angelo was very friendly & responsive & check in/out was very smooth.

Carmine and his wife were wonderful, attentive hosts and the apartment was beautiful. We felt we had good privacy, even through there are other apartments nearby. We met some wonderful people while staying there- good enough to exchange phone numbers to stay in touch! And I highly recommend L’Angola e La Luna for a romantic dinner nearby. This place was the highlight of our 3+ week trip in Italy. Thank you, Carmine!

Pina is een zeer gastvrije gastvrouw. Het huis was pico bello. Ze verwelkomde ons met een zelfgebakken taart en de dag voor vertrek kregen we ook nog een heerlijk gerecht voor het avondeten. Ze is zorgzaam op de achtergrond. Het huis is een prima plek om van daaruit de omgeving te bekijken: paleis van Caserta, Napels, Pompei, de Amalfische kust, het eiland Procida. Kortom: van harte aanbevolen.

Non potevamo chiedere di meglio! La sistemazione è stata semplicemente fantastica: una porzione di villa fronte mare, curata con semplicità, pulitissima e super attrezzata. Nota di merito assoluta al dehors: uno spazio impagabile immerso nella macchia mediterranea, con una vista sul mare che lascia senza fiato. Giorgia è stata disponibilissima e molto flessibile, rendendo tutto ancora più piacevole. Una vera sorpresa… e una certezza per il futuro: torneremo sicuramente!

Great little stop over 20 mins from the base of mount Vesuvius. Slightly remote but can’t complain when you are so close to the national park. Host was welcoming and very flexible with our late check in. Thanks

Tout était parfait ! Super séjour

Si è riconfermato un grandissimo piacere soggiornare qui. Luciano è l’host ideale 🥰 ha avuto molta pazienza e disponibilità nell’aiutarci a prolungare il soggiorno e risolvere dei problemi tecnici sulla piattaforma. Disponibile e tempestivo come sempre nel dare informazioni utili. Sempre cordiale e amichevole, ci rivedremo presto!

La estancia ha estado súper bien. Tanto Donato como su mujer siempre nos ayudaron en todo e incluso por muy tarde que fuese, siempre estaban disponibles. Contestaban rápido. La casa estaba muy bien, tiene todas las comodidades, quizás en un futuro me replantearía unir los dos pisos mediante escalera desde dentro; pero por lo demás está todo perfecto. Nos dejaron meter el coche y nos daban mucha intimidad. La casa es preciosa.

Das Haus von Alessio ist etwas ganz besonders. Es hebt sich positiv vom AirBnB Mainstream ab. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert und bestens ausgestattet. Alles ist im perfekten Zustand und sehr geschmackvoll. Ich habe mich sofort zu hause gefühlt. Es wartet auch eine kleine Besonderheit auf einen, die ich hier aber nicht verraten möchte. Das Badezimmer ist hervorragend, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und das Schlafzimmer samt Bett sehr gemütlich. Ein wunderbarer Ort um die wunderschöne Gegend, den Nationalpark und die vielen anderen Attraktionen zu besuchen. Das Dorf ist wunderschön und eine Perle der Abruzzen. Man kann die Geschichte der Mauern förmlich hören und spüren. Ich habe wirklich viel von der Welt bereisen dürfen und dieser Ort und Alessio´s Haus, sind etwas sehr besonderes.

L'appartamento di Gianni si trova a Pietraroja, un piccolo comune in una posizione strategica per raggiungere paesi e frazioni vicine come Cusano Mutri, il Matese e Bocca della Selva. Gianni, persona molto gentile e socievole, ci ha accolto nella piazzetta e ci ha accompagnate all'appartamento, che abbiamo trovato accogliente e pulito e soprattutto fornito di tutto ciò che c'è elencato in descrizione. Ci ha inoltre mostrato la sua bottega dove produce prosciutti (tipici di quella zona) e dove ci ha fatto fare una piccola degustazione molto apprezzata. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto o in piazza o, se è libero il posto anche vicino l'appartamento. Chicca della casa è sicuramente il camino, che fa sempre una bella figura con il suo fascino ipnotico. In conclusione se volete allontanarvi dal caos della città e passare un piacevole weekend di pace anche con i vostri amici a 4 zampe questo appartamento è perfetto.

We loved this Airbnb! We didn’t think it could be better than the pictures, but it definitely was. You are surrounded by the ocean, which is not just amazing for the views, but also for the sound :) we loved spending time in the garden, BBQ-ing, enjoying the outside shower, chilling in the sun or shade, watching both the sunrise and sunset… simply amazing!

Villa Sofia è un posto incantevole dove rilassarsi e un ottimo punto di partenza dal quale esplorare Procida. La casa è nuovissima, dotata di tutti i comfort. Sofia è una padrona di casa premurosa ed accogliente. Spero di tornare presto a farle visita. Super consigliato

We had a wonderful stay in Procida. Both Marco and his father were beyond kind and helpful to us, we appreciated it so much. The transfers from the port were a huge help with two young children and lots of bags! And it just meant that we were immediately relaxed and could start our holiday on the beautiful Island of Procida straight away. I could not say enough good things about this place or the hosts. A one-off experience for sure.

This place is great, but the real gem is Massimiliano and family. The whole family went out of their way to make everything easier (Naples (even little Bacoli) is not easy), going out of their way to walk us somewhere instead of trying to describe directions. They gave us a personal welcome when we arrived, stopped to talk with us if they saw us in town, spent time getting to know us, and came out to say goodbye when we left. If we had a question, I could text Massimiliano but usually one of his parents were out in town and saw us wandering and helped personally!! SO friendly and vital for a great Bacoli experience. We would have been metaphorically and literally lost without this family and they were so nice about helping! If you want authentic Italian hospitality, this is for you. If you want standard American hotel type accommodations... probably you wouldn't be on Airbnb anyway... but at least note that this one is the whole package and *worth it*!

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Soggiorno davvero piacevole nell’appartamento di Maria, su due livelli, pulitissimo, ordinato e molto accogliente. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario (stoviglie, padelle, TV, tovaglioli), e la stufa a pellet scalda perfettamente. L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla di campagna, perfetto per rilassarsi, e il parcheggio privato è molto comodo. Maria è stata gentilissima e ci ha raccontato anche dei suoi Alpaca, da cui ricava splendidi prodotti artigianali

Chi vuole provare un assaggio di paradiso? Allora venite a Gaeta da Paola e Salvatore! Lo studio è immerso in un paesaggio incantevole e la terrazza con vista sulle colline e sul mare è semplicemente un sogno! Salvatore e Paola sono degli host fantastici e molto attenti. Ci hanno consigliato le spiagge più belle nelle vicinanze, ci hanno suggerito ristoranti fantastici e ci hanno persino comprato dell'acqua Evian prima del nostro arrivo. E potrei continuare all'infinito... Un paradiso non ha bisogno di raccomandazioni, bisogna viverlo. A presto e grazie di cuore per tutto, cari Paola e Salvatore.

Lidia’s house is beautiful, really spacious and cool with stunning views over the bay. There are lots of places to hang out in the garden and it was really well equipped for cooking and serving meals on the terrace. It felt like a proper home and not an anonymous airbnb which so many feel like today. We will definitely return to stay.
