La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

What an amazing, amazing stay. The location, next to a gorgeous beach and just 10 min from Villasimius, is perfect. Great swimming pool and soccer pitch for the kids. Andrea is a perfect host -- always available, never intrusive -- and the home itself is gigantic, well appointed, and very, very unique and charming. Thank you, Andrea!! We will be back!!

Virkelig god, sød og opmærksom vært, der kom med kager, sodavand og chokolade til vores børn. Huset var fint, og det lå 2 minutter fra en lækker strand samtidigt med, der også var en lækker pool. Som det eneste negative var vi ikke opmærksomme på at skulle betale el regning.

Belle maison à quelques pas de la plage. Tout le confort nécessaire et un logement spacieux, bien équipé. Facilité pour stationner la voiture devant le portail de la maison. Nous y sommes allés en décembre donc il n'y avait aucun voisin, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et son environnement paisible et bien entretenu.

Abbiamo trascorso qui 15 giorni di vacanza a agosto. Eravamo 3 coppie di amici in vacanza senza figlie. La casa è proprio come nelle foto. Molto accogliente. Risolto un piccolo doppio problemino in fase di check in (con gli asciumani in dotazione a ogni ospite), tutto è filato liscio e alla perfezione. Posizione meravigliosa con vista mare e comodissimo accesso diretto alle stupende calette di Porto Sa Ruxi. Sfruttatissima la doccia esterna in giardino vista mare! Sicuramente una casa e una location da consigliare! L’host si è rilevato preciso e puntuale e sempre pronto

A great house right near the beach. Excellent facilities and what wasn't in the house, you'd never need! So well stocked with appliances, supplies. Rezearta made lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries.

Un super endroit, avec une vue magnifique. À cette époque là la résidence est calme, donc tranquillité absolue. C’est parfait pour une famille. Juste ce qu’il faut avec une terrasse vue sur mer. On a beaucoup aimé.

Top und Toll! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, hat alles da was die Beschreibung steht. Im kleinem Garten gibt 2 Duschen, wenn man zurück vom Strand kommt und unter der Dusche(warm und kalt) duscht. Es gibt auch paare Strandsachen für die Kinder dabei zb Tauchbrille, Strandspiele,…Sonnenschirme, Strandstühle,…einfach top! Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig. Zum Strand ist nur 2-3 Fussminuten zum oder in der Strandbar gehen. In der Nähe gibts Restaurants. Zum Einkaufen sollte man mit dem Auto fahren.

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

Francesca a été réactive et nous a donné des instructions claires pour prendre possession des lieux et même une entrée anticipée. La situation de l'appartement à deux pas de la plage de Poetto est parfaite, et la grande terrasse est un réel atout.

Luca’s place was in a very private and peaceful location. The garden was perfect for relaxing in and our dog enjoyed it too! There are some beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants in the area. All in all we had a great stay!

Wir sind sehr herzlich von Barbara empfangen worden, sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man merkt, dass Barbara „Casa Alma“ mit viel Herz eingerichtet hat und es pflegt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

We had a truly wonderful stay. The apartment is part of a residence and is located right in front of the sea — such a dream to enjoy the view all day long and catch a couple of beautiful sunsets right from the apartment. The space is well organized, has everything you need, and offers plenty of storage for your belongings. We travelled as a family — my husband, our 1.5-year-old, and I — and Tatiana was kind enough to accommodate a few special requests to make the stay more comfortable for our toddler. She even asked for the apartment to be cleaned extra thoroughly before our arrival. We also really appreciated the welcome food gifts. Tatiana was very responsive and helpful. As a personal note, there are quite a few cats living within the residence space. This was clearly mentioned in the apartment description, so it was expected, but something to be aware of if you are not comfortable with it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and thoughtful seaside stay!

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

We found Cristina's very place was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are large and the beds are the most comfortable we have found. External metal shutters allow you keep the place dark so you can have a laying without being woken up by the sun. Garden was neat and tidy and the covered out door seating area also useful should it rain. On premise parking is useful, although you would also find space in the street should you want to park there. Cristina's is very responsive and has suggestions on where to go. As Cristina had no one renting the day before us or the day after we left she gave us flexible check in and check out. Would happily rent Cristina's place again.

Together with my partner and our dog, we enjoy a lot our stay. The view is stunning. We spend whole evenings enjoying it. The house has everything you need. We as well highly appreciated host. Davide who not only provided us with very clear instructions how to get to his house, but as well was very polite and responsive. We definitely recommend this location and would come back again.

Ich kann das Haus von Andrea nur empfehlen, ein nettes kleines Haus, mit allem, was man so braucht. Es ist maximal eine Minute zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Für mich persönlich war der Kontakt und Austausch mit Andrea ein Highlight. Er war super und gefühlt ständig zu erreichen, hat uns super viele Tipps gegeben und sogar zu einem Freund miteingeladen. Gefühlt ab Minute eins war es ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis! Auch als wir einen Medizinischen Notfall hatten, hat er in den Krankenhäusern angerufen, sich erkundigt und uns super geholfen. Lieber Andrea, danke für die schöne Zeit und bis ganz ganz bald!

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern fünf Tage in Christians Unterkunft verbracht. Die Kommunikation verlief von Anfang an reibungslos, und er war stets erreichbar für alle unsere Fragen. Die am Hang gelegene Anlage war jetzt Ende Oktober extrem ruhig und wir hatten den traumhaft schönen Privatstrand beinahe für uns. Der Strand ist ein fantastischer Kilometer langer, weißer Sandstrand, den man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Eine Strandbar ist in der Nähe und verschiedene Restaurants und ein Supermarkt ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für alles, die Unterkunft ist in jedem Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein sehr freundlicher Assistent von Stefano & Mario hat uns beim Check-In empfangen. Alles gezeigt und alles gut erklärt. Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig, genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos ersichtlich Die Sicht auf das Meer wunderbar und der Strandzugang wirklich sehr nahe, höchstens 2 Minuten zu Fuss und man ist an einem wunderschönen Strand. Der Strand bietet keine Restaurants, also Picknick mitnehmen. Das Haus selber sehr schön eingerichtet, es hat alles was man braucht. Wir sind mit 3 kleineren Kindern da gewesen, mann musste einfach sehr aufpassen dass nichts kaputt geht. Es hat viele sehr schöne und kostbare Dekoration im Haus. Während des Aufenthalts war Stefano immer errichbar, hat uns wertvolle Tips zur Umgebung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Stefano und Team, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften!

Das kleine Haus liegt perfekt um mit der Familie entspannte Strandferien zu machen. Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Strand vor der Tür ist sehr schön. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Marcus war sehr angenehm. Marcus hat uns persönlich und herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, eine Wiederholung ist nicht auszuschliessen.

Toller Gastgeber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Haus am Strand war fantastisch und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
