We enjoyed our time at the Lake House! We definitely recommend this place for a weekend getaway - it was peaceful, the caretakers were helpful to our needs and the place was well kept.

The Sunset house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lucban. It is near a hospital, supermarket and church. The house itself is beautiful, homey and comfortable with lots of space. The caretaker, Susan, is friendly, approachable and easy to contact. We didnt have any problems with the accommodation, only that it was really cold during our stay and the blankets were not thick enough. But it is very minor. Overall, the place is worth the bucks. PS: bed is super comfy

This place is a nice place to stay especially around Lucban. It is very accessible and malapit sa lahat. Presko and maaliwalas din yung mismong lugar. Sobrang accomodating ng host. She has suggestions on places you can visit around and how to go there. Highly recommended po ito. Thanks po.

What a magical place to stay. Very peaceful and just serene with lush nature around you. We had an amazing time with our family, we even brought our babies 10month old & 1 yr old here to enjoy the cold breeze. The place has no AC but it is really cold at night. The place was also great and the caretaker was very helpful.

Very responsive host. The place is ideal for camping and place is perfect for quiet relaxation. Also enjoyed the kayak around the area.

Our stay in mike’s place to celebrate my birthday was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, offering a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. The river was stunning—so serene and picturesque, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. The property itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for my friends and me to feel comfortable. The pool was a major highlight—perfect for cooling off and having fun together. My friends and i even forgot to have a group photo as we’re enjoying every area. Overall, this place was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great getaway!

We had a very pleasant stay at Ani Villa. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — they thoughtfully provided pool towels, bath towels, and slippers, which made our stay even more convenient. Upon arrival, everything was beautifully prepared and polished, and they even went the extra mile by leaving complimentary donuts for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff was very accommodating and assisted us throughout, making our stay even more enjoyable. If I may suggest, it would be even better to add a CR (bathroom) in the shared bedroom area. Currently, there is one CR in the common living area and another in the master’s bedroom. A third CR would make the setup even more convenient, especially for larger groups. The air-conditioning units were a bit warm at times, but overall, it did not significantly affect our experience. I would gladly rate our stay an 8/10, and would definitely recommend Ani Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway

This place is highly recommended especially if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It has a peaceful atmosphere, with greenery. The host is accommodating and friendly too. We'd definitely come back. Thank you.

A spectacular place. This A-house has the best location in the property. My favorite spot is where the swing is. We spent our mornings kayaking and swimming in the pristine lake, and the afternoons reading and painting at the breezy balcony. Rhea, the proprietor, is genuinely caring, and so are her caretakers, Raymart and Joseph.
