The place is very nice and peaceful, perfect for relaxation, very clean swimming pool and the surrounding trees makes you feel at home. Our host and their staff are very friendly, they even gave me coconut, banana and sugarcane seedlings for free. Thank you and happy new year Mrs Jacinta and Mr Phil.

Thank you po to Mam Jacinta's staff who took care of us when we were at Dipaculao. We stayed there for 2 nights. The place was very "probinsya feels" especially if you take a walk near the "batis". The place was 20 minutes away from Baler town proper and 45 mins to an hour away from Dinadiawan where the white beaches awaits every guest. I sure hope that Batis ni Juan maintains its cleanliness and tidiness. Its a home away from home. We will surely be back and I highly recommend their place for future guests to stay.

Randy is hands down the best host we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and is dedicated to making their stay unforgettable. He goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The location is great. When we were heading to Batad, Randy made sure we had a tricycle ride arranged, taking all the hassle out of the journey. On our last day, he even welcomed us back into his home to wait for our bus. He will show you his map of Banaue and help you find hikes. We can’t thank you enough, Randy! We need to plan our next trip back.

if u wanna have some peace and quiet time go here. not crowded and aircon is very cold, towel are very soft, theres hot and cold shower too. will definitely go back.

A peaceful and clean place in Dipaculao. The room is clean. My kids loved the batis and being close to nature. They also enjoyed feeding the fish and their fish pond just looks so nice. We’ll definitely be back. The caretakers are very nice and attentive. We just loved our stay so much. We just wish the neighbor resort didn’t have karaoke. So here’s to hoping that neighbor resort closes down lol! Because batis ni juan is just a perpect place to stay.

Our stay in Sagada was overall pleasant. The accommodation is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, which made it easy to explore the town. One of the highlights is that tour operators can pick you up right on the main road in front of the place—very practical since a guide is required for most attractions in Sagada. The room was simple but equipped with the basic necessities and was clean upon arrival. We did notice some mold on the ceiling, which might need attention, but the beautiful view of the pine trees outside definitely added a refreshing touch to the experience. A decent stay for those planning to explore the area.

Factoring in the country and the location of the property, it was quite relaxing to stay there! Highly recommended! Hoping to come back and stay there again!
