Awesome location on beach. Great views from balcony!! . Nikita was very obliging with looking after our luggage when we arrived early, took bags to our room and allowed us late check out. Nikita responded quickly, beds comfortable and fresh towels were delivered 1/2 way through stay was nice surprise. Lovely housekeeper showed us how to turn water heater on 🙏🏽. We usually stay in beer accomodation but this apartment had everything we needed and would recommend it for a comfortable stay. Restaurants close by were great too and easy walk to beautiful Jaffa

Elad’s place is right in the most perfect spot. Restaurants, pubs, the beach…everything is really close to the apartment. The room is clean, the a/c was perfectly working and the shower is huge and comfy. The bed was also very comfortable and I loved the coffee machine 🙂. I will definitely go back and would recommend the place 100%

This is my second time (maybe third) staying he re and it was great as usual. The apartment is in great location and well equipped, very comfortable and exactly as described. I really enjoyed my stay and I am looking forward to my next stay.

The apartment had the most amazing view of the beach from the shaded balcony and was full of light every morning. Elinor provided lots of ideas around what to do in the area and things that were new to Tel Aviv. She was pretty responsive most of the time and helped us with some additional questions we had from time to time. She stocked the kitchen with ice, cookies, a babka, coffee, milk, water and other treats, which was so appreciated after a long international flight. The beds were comfy and she had also provided basic toiletries and plenty of towels. The property was also very nice and had a wonderful full breakfast and a spa. The location right on the beach was amazing but it was also easy to walk all over town from there. When we rented a car, the parking was very useful and I don't know how you could rent one without a pre-arranged spot in Tel Aviv. I highly recommend the place as one of the best that I have stayed in through Airbnb. You won't be disappointed.

Very nice location exactly where we needed to be, with an incredible view of the ocean and sunsets. walkable to the grocery store and pharmacy. Easy to get around.

Adi's place is perfect! We are a family that travels a lot and this house is stunning and we enjoyed it very much. The house is special with small details and lots of investment, there are lots of games for children in a yard and it is a short distance from the sea. Communication with Adi was excellent, it is lovely and hosted us in a very caring way and thought of every detail. Highly recommend!

We want to go BACK! Best Air B & B we’ve stayed in!!! We loved the pool, the sunsets and the location. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful. The house was spacious, clean and extremely functional!

Another fantastic stay at this place! This was the third time and everything was just perfect. Our kids love the space and everything is great for a short or long stay. A very thoughtful layout, relaxing environment, and the sun filled home is up lifting. As part of this work / fun trip, it's a 15-20 minute walk to the Binyamina train station, a 3-minute walk to the Binyamina winery, there's a convenience store 2 minutes away and malls, grocery stores, and beaches 5-15 minute drives away. Hosting was absolutely perfect! The house was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need – even more than we expected. The hosts were available, courteous, and attentive to any of our questions or requests. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing and also as a base for trips in the area. We felt right at home from the first moment. Definitely one of the best accommodations we've ever had – highly recommended!

Charming villa, evidently designed in exquisite detail. We got married in her room so the location was good for us, we used the villa for organizing and sleeping after the wedding.

Ben was very friendly, responsive and flexible, and the place is magical - a sweet and peaceful countryside house surrounded by nature and green. There are things to do around, but we mainly enjoyed a relaxed and chill time, while the children are running around in the spaceous and lovely back yard. highly recommend!

We are a family of five. We stayed here for a week over the holiday to be closer to friends who live in the area. The house is really nice and the yard is a great bonus! Plenty of space for us to spread out. Lovely neighborhood with plenty to walk to. I went for a walk every morning and ended with coffee at a local shop. Aviram was always responsive when texted and the apartment was adequately outfitted. (I do wish there were extra linens, but we just washed what we were given.)

For years we have been staying in guest rooms/apartments and this is the first time that nothing was just missing. The apartment was perfect and a rare location. Daniel was available generous and attentive . It was just perfect. Thank you so much!!

The apartment was really fun and comfortable! Enough toilet, showers, wide beds, spacious rooms. The kitchen is really fully equipped and the balcony is stunning! Rejuvenate in a pool that was great for children! Quiet and cozy location. We had a great time

The experience was amazing. First Daniel gave all the relevant information and even beyond that, offered himself useful things for us. The building is clean and taken care of, the apartment itself is perfectly furnished, everything was neat, everything was cozy and welcoming. We just didn't want to leave!! Highly recommend!

Everything about this apartment was amazing. I will start with the actual apartment. The photos represent the apartment entirely. Every room was beautiful as pictured. The childrens room with toys was an absolute deight for the adults and baby as it kept him occupied daily. The building is brand new and all the neibors and doormen are friendly and helpful. The balcony was a beautiful spot to watch the sun set every night. We felt completely at home, cooked and did laundry as if we were locals in our home apartment. There was quick delivery for groceries and food Via the Wolt delivery app. The apartment is located near numerous childrens parks, malls and close cab ride to the beach. Gil was a pleasure to work with while planning the trip and went out of his way to set us up with a borrowed crib, a driver, and anything else we needed. We felt like we were at home but with the luxury of a beautiful apartment in Tel Aviv. We will definitely return!
