Antoine’s place was super clean and tidy, it had everything we needed for a weeks stay! His instructions to find the keys were super clear and made it extremely easy to find them. Public transport links were very close by and very easy to navigate. Antoines welcome book proved to be very helpful - giving us recommendations for places to visit and eat, both in Almada and Lisbon! The welcome bottle of wine was a very kind touch, thank you again!

Lena's place was great. Easy to get to and easy to get around. There was plenty of space to spread out even though I didn't need to. It is up one flight of stairs initially (21 steps exactly) so thankfully I didn't have much stuff going up or down because I am a total klutz. It does get loud in the evenings in the square right outside the balcony - everyone looks like they're having so much fun and alas I have to work evenings so I'm a bit envious, but usually dies down around 1am on weekdays and a bit later on weekends. So really you just have to go down and join in on the fun. Lena was really kind, communicative and responsive and offered great recommendations in and around Lisbon in general. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a different and more homey vibe than Lisbon city-center.

Beautiful place. Loved the deck and view of the street. Very clean, had all we needed (except blow dryer but in fairness I didn’t look at amenities to check). There were 4 of us, 1 couple, myself & my brother. The 2 bedrooms were great, all beds comfy. I was in the loft which was fine, was helpful to have the fan to circulate the air. Did admittedly bump my head a bunch of times, being 5’3 I’m wasn’t use to being careful about that. 🤷🏻‍♀️. Good location, go up the hill to the better restaurants we found. Nice health food market right down the street where we got snacks, milk, etc, & a nice coffee/breakfast place very close too. The place has lots of lights and is nicely decorated. Felt very comfortable, 5 star. The host was very responsive which is always a plus. Was great having a washer/dryer, and we could hang clothes on the deck also. One note is it is very unsafe getting out of the 2nd bathroom tub/shower, could use some kind of step stool. We all agreed would recommend & stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful, clean, aesthetic and well equipped. We felt very welcomed by the gift and the responsiveness of the hosts :) The bed is comfy and the balcony and view stunning, everything as in the pictures. The neighborhood is so nice as well, nice cafes, bars, people, etc. It’s more out the crowded areas which we loved. We would love to return to this place someday. Thank you 🫶

Cosy apartment, very well situated looking out over the rooftops of Alfama towards the Tagus river. Great area to stay, easy reach on foot to main attractions and plenty of tram stops if you didn't want to climb the many hills. Antonio gave us lots of recommendations for local places to eat and we found a wonderful cosy wine bar called Santa Pausa just seconds from the apartment block. The apartment was very comfortable with a glorious view which we shall miss. Thank you for a great trip!

Susana and her family were wonderful hosts!!! They came to meet us when our street was closed by the police due to a soccer celebration. Their apartment was exactly as described, had an elevator, and was easy to leave and come back too each day. The apartment was walking distance from two fantastic coffee shops and the restaurants near by were all excellent. They will be our first call when we make our next trip to Lisbon.

A wonderful location, within easy reach of the trim/bus lines, and an easy walk to numerous restaurants. Private with a lovely patio. Responsive and helpful hosts. After exploring the city during the day, it was great to return to relax and unwind.Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay in Lisbon at this AirBnB. The view from here is everything, and worth the climb up the stairs! The apartment was pristine and spacious with everything we needed, and the location was just perfect for walking to the nearby garden where a relative was getting married as well as walking to restaurants and shops.

Lovely apartment set in a quiet location with easy access to Central Lisbon. You can either use Uber/Bolt or public transport options are also available, the train from Belém to Cais do Sodre is only an 8 minute journey and really reasonable price-wise. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance, as well as a couple of good supermarkets (Auchan and Lidl) which will have everything you need. The apartment is in a block of three properties, you may get the occasional noise from below but nothing that would spoil your stay and there's even a white noise box if you're a light sleeper. Everything is as listed, washing machine came in handy for us and there's all the utensils you need. WiFi works well too, would make an ideal working base if required I'd imagine. Francisco is very easy to get in contact with if you have any questions, but most things are covered within the house manual and the check in info. Would definitely recommend for a stay, enjoy!

I don’t usually write reviews but I definitely feel this stay and Host should be an exception. I can’t say enough good things about Maria. She was informative, responsive, and thought about all the little things to make our stay seamless. She had a recommendation for all of our needs: from a late night printing location to homemade vegetable soup to a local pharmacy. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and to be honest we have never had a better host. As far as the stay, the apartment is pristine. The place felt like we were in a movie scene from the 19th century but with all of today’s luxuries. Very well thought out layout and setup. It is a 5th floor walk up but we embraced it as all a part of the experience. We left the windows open as much as we could as a nice breeze fills the unit. It feels amazing. The AC also works well and we used it at night when we preferred to keep the windows closed. The area is a short walk to so many restaurants and shopping. Perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

We stayed in Ricardo's apartment for the third time. He completely renovated the apartment this year and installed a brand new kitchen and laid new flooring. The electrical appliances in the kitchen are also new. The roof terrace is beautiful. In the evening, you can relax beautifully in the hot tub. The apartment is in a great location for sightseeing in the city. Next door is the Lidl supermarket and in the same building an Auchan where you can perfectly take care of yourself and grill on the existing roof terrace. A big plus and extremely rare is the underground garage with a parking space for the car for excursions. There are no outdoor parking spaces in Lisbon and that is why there is a parking space in the underground garage. Perfect.

Joaquim was very helpful with the tour and how to use control boards. Attentive and quick to respond. The apartment was perfectly located, super clean, and spacious. Would definitely come back. 5 stars

Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.

Staying at Ana and Jorge’s place in Lisbon may be the best AirBnB experience I’ve had. They are super responsive and make sure you got in and settled. The listing is also very convenient to buses and metro, and doesn’t take a long time from the airport either. An ALDI and Auchan are nearby and the street is quiet at night. The listing was clean, comfortable, and was large enough that we felt we had enough personal space while we were there. But what really sets Ana and Jorge apart is how much they care. We were greeted with homemade food made by Ana and Jorge, left for us for when we arrived and they brought us something else to try later in our stay. It was all delicious and really shows how much they enjoy hosting guests. I highly recommend Ana and Jorge as hosts and this listing is perfect for a trip to Lisbon.
