The house is beautiful, clean bedding, everything clean and fragrant, it had everything in the house that we needed for a stay without complications, the highlight is the pool area, we had a barbecue and enjoyed the pool, which was very well maintained, the water was super clean, we didn't get hot, because it has air-conditioning in every room in the house! Paulo answered our questions very quickly! We'll be back for sure! Thank you

We loved the house, went with a family for a 5-day stay, because it was December, the peak of the summer, we felt a lot of heat, we suggested air conditioning in the rooms, there is a ceiling fan and we took one more, but it was still very hot. We did not know the place, for those who go from Vitória-ES to the site we suggest that you first throw the location of the city center and then the location, the direct path of the GPS leads to a very bad place to pass. The place is very nice and pleasant, we made family photos, there is a waterfall practically in the backyard of the house, to hear the noise of the waters, the pool was scheduled for cleaning, so we had a swimming pool always clean, in addition to the maintenance that was done during the stay.

Simply perfect! The house exceeded all expectations. The barbecue area is excellent, spacious and well-equipped, ideal for gathering friends and family. Everything was impeccably clean, from the bedrooms to the outdoor spaces. The location is also a big plus – close to the beach and local shops, which made the stay a lot easier. We were very well received by Telma who takes care of the cleaning, Bruna always attentive and helpful, always present via phone for any questions. We will definitely be back and recommend it to those looking for comfort, tranquility and good times in Iriri!

Giant house with great barbecue area, excellent pool, great location with proximity to conveniences, such as pharmacy, supermarkets, etc... Ricardo's house is in a very cozy and peaceful village. By car, it's just a few kilometers from the center of Anchieta and beautiful beaches! The space was very organized and clean, with available dining utensils, bedding, pillows. We really like Ricardo's care and kindness, giving guidance on check-in and quickly answering questions. A very special corner in Anchieta, especially for those seeking peace and quiet! Indoor climate in a coastal city, close to sights and several beaches! We were also greeted by 3 beautiful baby kittens, who stayed with us on some of the days of their stay. We would definitely host there again in the next opportunity!

Excellent property, good location, close to bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, church, beach. Quiet neighborhood, Covered garage, Clean and organized house. Emanuele was very helpful and polite, always responding quickly and helping with everything needed. Very easy communication. I love it! I recommend it.

Our experience was simply amazing! Since our arrival, we were greeted with great affection, a beautiful table prepared with cake and a handwritten message that made everything even more special. The house is impeccable: well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, extremely organized and comfortable. The barbecue space is excellent and perfect for bringing the family together. The highlight, without a doubt, was the huge wooded backyard, full of fruit trees and a large space where the children could play and have fun at will. The tranquility and contact with nature made the stay even more special. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay for another day! As a suggestion, installing air-conditioning could make the experience even more comfortable on hotter days, but it in no way detracted from our wonderful family time. We are already looking forward to returning next summer and enjoying this charming place even more

The accommodation was very good , I went with family members, well organized house, full kitchen, has extra fans. I recommend the stay, although it is a few blocks from the beach the access is easy and the neighborhood quiet. I will come back more often. Note 10.

I and my family spent a 6-day period of carnival in this house , all very good !! perfect location, clean house and smells. the hostess always keeping contact with us at all times. we feel at home , I don't have the complain. we will return more often for sure!!!

Roberto was an excellent host, quick communication and they got us all the questions right away. Also praise Patrícia, a housekeeper who was helpful at all times. Regarding the house, everything was correct, check in and check out times, the house is super complete and has all the utensils that need to be used in a beach house, not to mention the infra it offers(barbecue, sauna, swimming pool, TV room, etc.). The house is in a gated community with 24-hour concierge, super safe that has its own leisure area as well( swimming pool, sand court, football field, barbecue). We'll definitely be back. 10
