We liked it very much, spacious apartment, large and complete kitchen, 3 great bathrooms, excellent showers, very good beds. We felt at home, Maria is a caring host and always ready to help. I recommend it, when I return to Aparecida I will definitely stay here again.

The bathroom is excellent, with individual space to change clothes which is very comfortable! Mr. Vladimir, very polite and receptive served us kindly! It's close to Canção Nova, you can walk! I had a wonderful experience staying at Host Sérgio's apartment! From the first contact, he was extremely helpful, kind and always available to help. Communication was clear, fast and efficient, which made us very comfortable. The apartment is excellent, very well planned, with custom-made furniture that takes advantage of each space with functionality and good taste. The beds are new and super comfortable, the kitchen utensils were complete and in perfect condition, as well as the bed and bath linens — everything was impeccable! Sérgio's reception was excellent, with a lot of courtesy and attention to detail. A great differential is the wonderful view of the Pai das Misericórdias Sanctuary, which makes the stay even more special. Another very positive point is the parking space on the ground floor of the garage building, which is super practical and safe. And, of course, the cost-benefit is simply fantastic. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will definitely return!
