Perfect location, everything easily accessible, on foot, by bike or car. Very quiet and relaxing. The tiny house is well furnished, the stairs are a small sporting challenge ( clear head!!!). Somewhat surprising was that the other tenants have to go through the courtyard into their apartment. A little disturbing. Everything else is very good!! Very good communication with the host!!!! Attentive and flexible, very helpful!!! Thank you!!!

Lovely villa/townhouse. End of terrace with several nice outdoor areas. You could always find a spot to catch some sun! Terrace at the back of the house with a lovely lemon tree, connecting to an alfresco dining area and BBQ on the side. A pool, sun chairs and further sitting area in the front of the house and finally a sun terrace on top, with views to the sea. The house was very well equipped with everything you may need. Kids loved the Playstation too. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket and the centre of Monta Rota. Quiet and peaceful urbanisation at the start of the season. Very responsive, friendly and flexible host.

Sandras place was amazing, its right on the beach and a 30 second walk to the restaurants. It was amazing waking up each morning to the sound of the sea, the place has 3 terraces that you can lounge on and the view from the hot tub on the roof is one not to miss. The kitchen is well layed out with all you need if you want to cook. Sandra was very helpful via text if we ever needed her and she gave us recommendations of where to eat etc. We will be returning to stay again for sure.

We are just back from a week's stay and would highly recommend this house & would like thank Cristina & Salvador. The location is very central and close to all the restaurants / cafes & shops. Also it was a short walk to the boat out to Tavira Island & the Train station in Tavira which we recommend for day trips. Eating in was made all the easier with all the local fresh produce found at the market and the roof top terrace made for relaxing peaceful evenings.

The property is in a quiet location and in a village. The place was as described and Luis was a good host. Flexible and friendly check in by the host. He was always easy to reach for questions and problems. Super communicative and nice recommendations. We had a great stay there! I'd love to come back.
