We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better — Playa Los Mino is right across the street, Playa Los Guardias is just a 2-minute walk, and Playa de los Muertos is only 4 minutes away. We felt completely safe throughout our stay and comfortably walked around the area both during the day and at night. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly enjoyed the convenience and beauty of the surroundings. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views from the balcony! everything was perfect & location was a plus! close to restaurants & main street. Host was very responsive & check-in was smooth. Will definitely book again!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! My family and I really enjoyed this property. Maly went above and beyond in her communication before, during and after. Thank you. Maly! The apartment was squeaky clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Having access to hot water at all times feels like a commodity in DR so this was huge for my husband who hates cold water. The apartment was equipped with just about anything you could think of. It is close to the center of town and in a quiet and safe community. Attention to details was really put into making this a great place to stay and enjoy with family. We are looking forward to going back!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this stunning Airbnb! The view of the beach from the property was simply breathtaking—waking up to the sound of the waves and a view of the ocean each morning was pure bliss. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to some of the best bars and restaurants in the area. Whether you’re in the mood for a relaxing evening by the water or a fun night out, everything is right at your doorstep. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. The hosts Yefri and Laura were incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely love to come back!

Really nice place to stay, great location. Close to a lot of restaurants. The host was really attentive, and answered fast if I had any questions. I will definitely rent this place again for my next trip.

La casa tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, la pasamos de los mejor y hasta ahora para mí es la mejor de la zona. Los anfitriones son de lo mejor la recomiendo a ojos cerrados

Our stay at Flavien’s Villa was superb. The view was breathtaking, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth, and we had a great time. The villa is conveniently located near all the main spots in Río San Juan. Each room offers privacy, great accommodations, and a private bathroom. We’ll definitely come back — highly recommended!

He tenido muy buena experiencia con los anfitriones pero cómo Fausto no había visto, sobre todo fue flexible en cuanto al tiempo de entrada y salida (no sé si fuimos agraciados) pero si, y ante algunas inquietudes que antes de la fecha que tenía planificado el viaje por causas naturales (aviso de tormenta), él fue comprensible & me brindó ciertas opciones o sugerencias, aunque al final la misma no afectó. En cuanto a la villa, nos encanto, sobre todo la parte de la terraza, la piscina, el equipo de música 10/10, es muy espaciosa, tranquila, y muy cómoda, y de ubicación por igual. El que pueda leer esta reseña, se las recomiendo, le sacarán provecho al máximo. Saludos, Anyi.

Nos encanto muchisimo alojarnos con Guillaume, un sitio espectacular con vistas muy bonitas. La casa estaba muy bien equipada con todo lo que necesitas. La piscina increíble y las habitaciones impecables muy cómoda las camas. Lo recomiendo 100%

Un lugar muy acogedor, fácil de llegar, tranquilo y con todas las atracciones cerca. El alojamiento tiene todo lo que pueda necesitar e Ysabel es muy servicial y amable, sin duda alguna volveria con los ojos cerrados.

The house is so beautiful and really spacious, look exactly as the pictures. It has a lot of kitchen amenities, and a Grill in the backyard. Nathalie and Miriam were always there to answer any question I had, they were friendly and responsive. We received a little welcome present (Apple, bananas and wine) that made us feel really happy. The surrounding area is quiet and looks safe. There are some littles grocery stores, but they close early and are only to get the very basic essentials. (So try to buy everything you need beforehand) Thank you so much Nathalie!

El lugar es excelente, acogedor y cómodo, la ubicación es perfecta, hay muchos lugares donde disfrutar, las playas y la laguna Grigri se pueden ir a pies de tan cerca que están. Finalmente nos encantó todo un maravilloso lugar y las personas del alrededor súper tranquilos y amables, nos sentíamos seguros al caminar por las calles. 😍💯

El apartamento es cómodo, limpio y exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación es excelente: cerca de la playa y del centro del pueblo, lo que facilita el acceso a todo lo necesario. Sin duda, una opción muy bien ubicada para disfrutar de Río San Juan.
