Vacation rentals with beach access in Cabourg

Well decorated and arranged accommodation on the second floor of a residence three minutes walk from the seaside. Quiet place that I would recommend. Courtesy, pleasant welcome and responsive response to the appointment for a handover of the keys.

Very clean apartment, 3 bunk beds where our 3 daughters found their place with enthusiasm (special moment between sisters) which reminded them of good memories. Request for checkout at 11:00 a.m. instead of 10:00 a.m. a little last minute, accepted by our hosts in 30 minutes thanks to them! Close to the beach and the seafront. We'd love to come back!

We had a nice stay in April. Apartment easily accessible on foot to the beach (2 min) and the city center. We were able to enjoy the market on Wednesday morning. Emeline responds quickly to your requests. ☺️⛱️

A real timeless moment! The house is simply extraordinary, in an incredible setting that invites you to relax and enjoy the change of scenery. Everything has been thought out to offer an unforgettable stay: comfort, tasteful decor and amenities available. We had a great time and left with wonderful memories. Good value house in the middle of Lion sur Mer. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are super comfortable. There could be a bit more chilling space, the seating area is a bit limited. For us it wasn't a problem as we were lucky with the very un-Normand weather - but if it had been raining a lot and we had had to spend more time inside, it could have been a bit harder, especially for the kids. The whole house overall is a bit on the small-ish side - but then again, everything you need is there. The heating works very well, a bit too well at times - as the house can feel quite cold, it blasts hot air, which is great for not feeling cold, but can feel a bit suffocating. I'm nit picking, clearly, but we had a great time in the house, and would definitely come back for another stay.

Exceptional stay in a house where nothing was missing! Located just a short walk to the beach, and close to other major cities, we were able to recharge in a beautiful, peaceful setting and close to museums and historical sites in the area! Lots of kitchen utensils, comfortable bedding, and a big thank you to Sandrine who we couldn't meet on arrival, but with whom we were still able to communicate via phone and who was always very responsive. We highly recommend it and will come back sometime with great pleasure! Thank you for the welcome gifts finally!!! We look forward to welcoming you!

Great location! Well-located for walking into town and enjoying Arromanches. Views were spectacular for sunrise or sunset. House accommodated eight people comfortably - kitchen table was large enough for all to sit and enjoy dinner together. Patio was amazing and steps to beach were a great way to access beach.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Very nicely decorated apartment, great location and quiet. Our host Virginia is very attentive and ready to answer any questions. The apartment is in a residence with parking which avoids looking for a place for hours. We had a great time for 2 days. We highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved the view of the English Channel and the changing tides and colors throughout the day. The kitchen was very efficient and the apartment was tastefully decorated. Dominique is a lovely, charming and helpful host.

Superb accommodation, very quiet, super cozy and well maintained, with lots of amenities and excellent bedding (totally matches the photos) and with an ideal orientation: sun in the morning and evening allowing you to enjoy the balcony and its beautiful layout. Ideally located for visits to Villers-sur-Mer (very close to the sea (on foot)) but also to the whole region (including the landing beaches), Cabourg, Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur... Accommodation close to very good restaurants not to be missed (Le Mermoz, La Digue...) but also many others in the surrounding cities. This new stay with our Host allowed us to totally unwind, with a super splendid time. We were delighted to see our Host again and to enjoy his apartment again, to find a lot of tranquility there. We highly recommend this place which will allow you to have a great and peaceful stay, and enjoy Normandy. Can't wait to come back
