Stunning, remote and private location. House is gorgeous with views you don’t want to leave again. The main living space is always outdoors. Kitchen is fully functional but basic. Two large bedrooms with AC plus a smaller office. Shop in PV or ask Ricardo and family to cook for you. You are quite remote so shopping is limited.

Our family enjoyed a fabulous Spring Break in the villa and in Puerto Vallarta! Mercedes and her staff were fantastic in communicating with us, coordinating our transportation and gracious when there was a delay in our arrival. The home is even more beautiful in person, with gorgeous views over the Pacific, songbirds every morning, and a very sweet occasional kitty visitor named Pumpkin. We took advantage of the option to pre-order groceries, which we highly recommend. The home is a bit outside of the town, but it is super easy to take an Uber. It's worth the drive for the views and serenity. One of our favorite activities was the Botanical Gardens. If you are a plant lover, don't miss seeing them! Thanks so much to Jessica, Mercedes, and the rest of the crew for helping us have such a lovely vacation! We'll be back!

Beautiful casita with wonderful view. Spotlessly clean and gorgeous details. Everyone was so friendly and Alejandro went above and beyond. A few minutes walk to Abuelos, the best restaurant in Yelapa. The shower was great, the aircon was perfect, the bed was comfy, really high design and extremely lux for Yelapa. All the windows open for the world’s best most breezy view. No mosquitoes in April! A few things to note: The internet and cell service was very limited the week we were there.. if you need to work bring a portable starlink! Perched above the town, you hear everything. I wore earplugs and noise canceling headphones every night. The hot tub is beyond glorious, you are at the same height as the soaring birds. You need to specifically request that the hot tub is turned up if you would like it hot. Otherwise it is kept cool. If it’s your first time to Yelapa, ask for directions to the stairs for the beach! Beware jellyfish. Thanks again Ruben and Angelica!!

Nous avons passer 10 jours à la Villa et c' est un lieu MAGNIFIQUE, vraiment. Dans la nature, avec une petite terrasse et hamack, une belle vue sur la baie de Yelapa. Tout était parfait, de notre arrivée, où nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux, jusqu'à notre départ. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans ce logement, le lit est ultra confortable et la salle de bain à l'extérieur est trop agréable. C'est un peu rustique, mais un rustique de luxe je dirais. Ce Airbnb est parfait pour les amoureux de la nature, avec réveil au lèvé du matin, chant des coq la nuit. On s'est senti comme à la maison et en sécurité dès notre arrivée. Ariana possède un petit café juste en bas des escaliers de la Villa, le meilleur café latté au lait de coco au monde. Notre hôte est une personne très sympathique et bienveillante. Elle est proactive et toujours prête à trouver une solution peu importe. Un énorme merci pour cette belle expérience!!!! Nous recommandons fortement.💕 Myriam et Geoffroy

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Iguana. Kim's directions to the place were fantastic, so even a first time visitor would have little difficulty getting there. It is located on a steep hill in a more "locals" neighborhood (great for anyone without mobility issues). The sound of chirping crickets, birds, and early morning roosters made for this area's "white noise". The place felt very safe, and had a locked gate at the entrance to the property. The kitchen had an ample supply of pots, pans, etc, which made cooking much easier. We made use of the bug netting around the beds and downstairs sofa. Yelapa, surprisingly, has few mosquitos, but the mosquito netting did come in handy for my daughter who seems to attract them. The place would comfortably sleep 6, though if you are wanting separate sleeping rooms this place might not be your best bet as it's all open. It was easy communicating with Kim, and he shared some great "secret" places to visit.

This place was utterly beautiful. The picturesque Mexican apartamento. Exceeded expectations for sure. More beautiful than the photos Only critique-- the shower needed some improvement - it sprayed more all over the bathroom than on you.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de deux semaines à la Ventana. La vue du dernier étage où se trouve la cuisine et salle à manger est exceptionnelle!! On y voit le village et la rivière qui se jette dans la mer. Chaque espace de la maison a été décoré avec goût et la maison regorge d’œuvres d’artistes. Elle est sous les bons soins d’Isabel et d’Alejandro, des employés absolument fantastiques qui s’occupent de l’entretien quotidien de la maison et font un travail impeccable! Ils sont d’une gentillesse inouïe! La maison est entourée d’arbres, de fleurs et d’oiseaux exotiques. Profiter de la piscine rafraîchissante en observant les iguanes dans les arbres a été un réel plaisir. Je vous recommande le restaurant de Stéphanie, que vous trouverez en traversant le pont de bois. Il se trouve à quelques pas de la Ventana. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le Pulpo Loco, restaurant situé dans le village. Apportez vous des bouchons si vous voulez dormir. Les coqs et chiens se font entendre la nuit…

Wonderful facility!!! Roosters and barking dogs are standard experience for rural Mexico but not any more notable here. It might be worth bringing ear plugs just in case. Lots of steps (over 60 - more if not on lowest level) but worth the effort. Great pool and rooftop community area! Everything is in excellent condition and tastefully decorated.
