Pleasant, clean and very quiet place. Great to rest. Swimming pool is 5 stars. I recommend it.

We'd loved Joao's apartment. It was ideal for us on our walking trip to the Peneda Geres National Park. The secure car parking was great and it was an easy 10 minute walk into Geres for shopping and restaurants. It was a little too cold for us in October to go for a swim but the pool looked inviting. Joao was really quick and responsive with all communications.

Very pleasant stay in a very quiet place, excellent to relax and spend some excellent holidays and moments in familia, I recommend without a doubt, I will certainly be back!

The place is very nice, with a fantastic location, surrounded by nature and restaurants. The house itself offers all the necessary conditions for a comfortable holiday, especially the balcony, which is quite cozy.

Beautiful house with a mix of modern decor and retro. Air conditioning in all rooms. Very well equipped with a lot of dishes. 2 beers in the fridge and a bottle of water offered. Downtown is accessible on foot, especially for the Monday fair. In the listing, the terrace on the ground floor is not mentioned but remains to be equipped with a BBQ and chairs. Small terrace on the 1st floor to be furnished with 2 sun loungers not also mentioned. The host of allowed us to take the accommodation before the scheduled time. Thanks to him. a nice surprise, the photos are to be reviewed. they don't showcase this property.

The house is in a quiet location, has a place to park the car, and is easy to access. The space is large, and very pleasant outside. (We had all our meals outside, it has a table, chairs and sun loungers). Upstairs there is a double suite, and a bedroom with 2 beds with a suite, which is open to the living room (kind of like a mezzannine), which is very nice, and my son loved it! The images match the house, which is even better. In the area there are many trails to do, and excellent river beaches. It is a 5-minute drive from the center of Cabeceiras de Basto. Barbara was excellent, and made some recommendations for places, restaurants and an agency PorTrilhos (nature tourism) that were also fantastic. I recommend it!

Beautiful private home located at the top of a small hill that overlooks the church and city centre below. We really enjoyed our stay with the lovely surrounding views and the garden. The only downside was the church bells ringing every hour, throughout into the night which affected our sleep. But we bought some ear plugs and was able to get over the sound. Would definitely recommend this place for a cozy stay.

The house was spectacular, with all the amenities! In addition, it has many activities to do, such as billiards, piano and board games. We want to go back in the summer to enjoy the pool. The house was close to the center a few minutes drive away. However, we had the ideal privacy. Maria Lucas was always very helpful and left some miminhos...and fresh bread in the morning :) 5 star stay, and highly recommend it! We'll be back!

Excellent stay in this green corner, very well cared for, very clean and organized. House with great areas and privileged views over the countryside. Saltwater pool. Air-conditioning in every room. Perfect for resting from the city's hectic life. A stay to repeat, no doubt.
