Great stay with a super host!

Cate is so kind, and was responsive and helpful. The studio and setting in nature is exactly what I needed to rest and recover from the Spartan race. My pup and I enjoyed walks along the 1/3 mile driveway. I will be back!

This was a beautiful stay. Everything was clean and welcoming. Plenty of rooms and space available. There were items available in case you forgot something. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Questions answered quickly. It was a great place to stay with the family.

My crew stayed multiple times in Eva's home. It's beautiful, close to everything and very clean. What stood out the most is the Host Eva. She is extremely nice, very helpful, and was very proactive in communicating with me and my team. She is a wonderful person and has made my crew feel right at home. Thank you so much Eva for everything you have done for me and crew. If we have any work in North Carolina, I will for sure book this home again! ❤️

Christian's place was VERY spacious and comfortable. The patio is absolutely beautiful! Kitchen was very nice and the keurig was a plus. He was very responsive in communicating. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and connects to the greenway. The best part was the house did not have the typical overpowering smell of air freshener of linen perfumes and the towels were clean without musty smell. The house was very clean and dust free, however the carpeted areas were not vacuumed with clear evidence of the previous guest and unfortunately, mostly due to the amount of rain prior to our stay, the back yard was not usable for our small dogs due to the length of the grass and weeds. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

The amenities were great, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and how clean everything was. This stay was amazing. originally booked for two people, but ended up being a solo trip. came in town for a concert. the location was centrally located. great to access coming in from the Raleigh or Greensboro areas. central to the lightrail, minutes from IKEA and UNCC, easy drive to NoDa and uptown. all of the great things about Charlotte but with a private comfortable property. the pictures on airbnb don't do it justice. the private pond, gazebo, bamboo forest... the large hammock by the water... it really felt safe secure clean and comfortable. there were many games (pool, air hockey, etc), a huge bathtub and refinished bathroom, and I appreciated the thoughtful decorations and setup of the place. everything was so easy and intuitive. even details like Scotch tape and things to write on were so great! Lisa the host was amazing. proactive in her communication and very easy to talk to. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!! my only regret is that I wish I had booked a longer stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The amenities around the condo facility were very nice as well. The community near the condo was very cute and safe. We had many walks on the nearby walking path as well. We really enjoyed the walk/short drive to the restaurants, bars, and shops in Davidson. Thanks for a great stay.

this home was quite comfortable. good restaurants were within walking distance. we had to park on the street which was fine, we had no pro6parking in front of the residence.

The views and beauty of the place is even better than the pictures. It called out for us to just relax which is exactly what we wanted.

We hosted our 40-person wedding at this house and it was absolutely perfect! Great size living room for dessert reception on Friday evening, perfect space in the backyard for the ceremony, cocktail hour, family photos, dinner under the event space and dancing in the driveway, and brunch on Sunday. The ladies got ready in the master bathroom downstairs and the men in the bathroom upstairs. Hosted the backyard wedding of my dreams and made additional memories by being able to stay for the extended weekend in the house with our families.

Beautiful home, well maintained, plenty to do in the house or by the lake. Well placed to get a way and take a load off. Thank you for having us.

What a joy to wake up to that magnificent view, from a beautiful condo, so zen, so well designed. It is conducive to everything positive. The prompt and courteous response by the owners to any questions makes the stay all the more a 5 star experience. Can’t wait to go back.

If you are looking for a home on the lake with stunning views from almost every room, look no further. You will enjoy your meals looking out at the lake, a cozy fire and a lake view, or lounging lazily on a memory foam mattress with the lake in view. However, the view isn’t all you will enjoy. There are enough televisions for everyone’s tastes, games, beach towels, a pool, deck furniture, a fire pit, and a covered dock. Surely everyone will find something to do. I was really impressed at how clean the house was, how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the thoughtfulness of providing toiletries/Kleenex. Mike and Jorge are definitely super hosts!
