My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

The house is very well cared for, in a very quiet and consolidated neighborhood, close to one of the most Transmitted Avenida and that leads directly to the 2 best shopping centers (walk the gallery and shopping of the sun) where apart from having many shops, there are very good restaurants. Excellent quality price, I take a very good opinion of Enzo, excellent host on day 1 always responding quickly, it is a 100% recommended option and without hesitation I would return.

Highly recommended, the house is a 10, comfortable with all the amenities to stay a few days and feel at home. Sergio, the owner, is a genius, perfect and quick communication. We came to see Racing in the South American final and we took the cup, so come and stay here!

Luciana place was as described, and was perfect for our stay as an adult family. The yard is large with frangipani and jasmine plants, which made a nice setting. Pool was enjoyed by all! Inside the house was everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and nice quality furnishings and commodities. Host was always responsive and accommodating to our requests.

Nice and cozy! Maria gave us clear instructions for check-in. Being able to use the gazebo and grill is an additional payment, but they provide all the utensils. So you don't need to bring them from the room.

I loved this quiet, clean apartment. The neighborhood felt very safe and was a quick walk to two great malls. The doorman Francisco is so incredibly nice. I also enjoyed the parks within walking distance. This feels like the perfect apartment if you’re looking for a place to be peaceful and productive. There’s also a cute white neighbor cat who will come visit you at the sliding door. Highly recommend.

Matheus and the team were great hosts! The apartment is equipped for long-term stays and you have everything you need within the complex. I had a comfortable stay!

There were several inconsistencies in the experience. The location provided on the platform was 10 km from the actual address, which was only sent by the host after I contacted you because I couldn't find the location. The building has a doorman, but it is not always present, which makes it difficult to enter and exit, since we depend on it to open the gate. The apartment is comfortable for short stays of 1 or 2 days and more suitable for couples, as there are few utensils for those who want to cook, and the stove is of poor quality. Also, the wifi password was sent several times wrong, even after I reported that it was not working, which made it even more difficult to stay. Another negative point was that, despite leaving the apartment in perfect condition, as I always do in all my rentals, the host sent a charge alleging that a part of the single bed was broken-even without having used that room-and presented an absurd budget for the repair. Hugo and Cecilia received me very well, were very nice and responded quickly. The house is very good, I stayed 70 days and had everything you need for a long stay, the internet was good, I was able to make video calls to work with peace of mind. Well furnished kitchen, very good bed, has a washing machine, and the house has two air conditioning and with only one left the house cozy for the warmth it gave at the end of the year. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, close to restaurants and markets. The house is about a 15-minute drive from the center of Asunción, which is not a problem, as the surroundings of the house are much more beautiful than the center of Asunción. I highly recommend the house of Hugo and Cecilia, certainly if I return to Asunción I will stay here again.

Mercedes was a wonderful host. The house is very spacious and comfortable, and the outside area is beautiful. The perfect place to relax with family and friends and have a good bbq.

A beautiful and spacious home in a very quiet area, but close to everything. Super well equipped, the kitchen especially we loved it, everything labeled and easy to find. In itself, the house has everything you need to spend a nice weekend. Maria Verónica is a very good host, always attentive from the moment of booking. We were very happy with our experience in this house, so much so that we would like to return in another opportunity to make the most of the time there, since in this opportunity we went to attend an event.
