Jonathan is a brilliant host - he complies with all wishes and caters to all requests. We stayed in its comfortable and cozy apartment for 10 days and we were delighted. The apartment is tastefully furnished. The kitchen has absolutely everything one has at home for cooking and baking on a daily basis. There was even an Italian coffee maker. Everything worked perfectly. A bus line to the center of Asunción runs right in front of the house, without the need for transshipment. There are countless restaurants, including the largest supermarket, Luisito, just around the corner. Thank you for the wonderful stay and see you!

A heavenly place near the hustle and bustle of the summer city. With my family we felt more comfortable than in our own home; so much so that before the end of the stay, we already missed the place. Without hesitation, we would return when there is a new occasion. The owner and family were very kind and loving. The host Sergio was always attentive during our family stay. The home met our expectations by a lot. Excellent location, it has all the amenities one can imagine and the pool is fantastic. The hostess is a very friendly and friendly person. A recommended place to go to enjoy and rest with maximum comfort.

A beautiful and spacious home in a very quiet area, but close to everything. Super well equipped, the kitchen especially we loved it, everything labeled and easy to find. In itself, the house has everything you need to spend a nice weekend. Maria Verónica is a very good host, always attentive from the moment of booking. We were very happy with our experience in this house, so much so that we would like to return in another opportunity to make the most of the time there, since in this opportunity we went to attend an event.

Perfect place to stay perfect! The house is super well equipped, with absolutely everything you will need for your stay. Super clean, well maintained. The pool is super clean, well cared for. Near EVERYTHING! Guest service, excellent! I would stay here again.

The house is very well cared for, in a very quiet and consolidated neighborhood, close to one of the most Transmitted Avenida and that leads directly to the 2 best shopping centers (walk the gallery and shopping of the sun) where apart from having many shops, there are very good restaurants. Excellent quality price, I take a very good opinion of Enzo, excellent host on day 1 always responding quickly, it is a 100% recommended option and without hesitation I would return.

Amazing place, we really enjoyed family, sunrise and sunset are indescribable, very helpful and friendly host, always responded on time, quiet place, we had everything available, bedding and towels were scented, just phenomenal atmosphere.. We hope to return soon!🫶

the accommodation was excellent, Roque responded quickly to my inconveniences and was very kind, the area is excellent , supermarket less than one block , museums among others, my wife loved it and we will definitely come back to stay with Roque Sebastian again.
