Cuenta con WiFi de alta velocidad, Televisión Smart TV, Aire Acondicionado, Calefacción, Plancha, Secador, Nevera y todas las comodidades. Cuenta con un termo eléctrico de 80 litros para proporcionar agua caliente, perfecto para 2 a 4 personas. Sábanas y toallas incluidas, ropa de cama, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, secador de cabello, placa de inducción para cocinar, nevera, vajilla, y todo lo necesario para que tengas una estancia confortable. Te sentirás como en casa! Apartamento entero. Están prohibidas las fiestas, control de acceso con cámara y alarma, avisamos policía.

Hermoso apartamento exterior (55m2) decorado por arquitecta diseñadora a 100m del Metro Delicias y muy cerca de Atocha en una calle muy tranquila. Rodeado de todo tipo de servicios, bares, Restaurantes, Supermercados. Cerca de museos, Sol, barrio de las letras, Lavapiés. Se puede llegar caminando al Museo Reina Sofía, o a Madrid Río al sur. Perfecto para creativos, parejas y trabajadores en remoto. Es mi vivienda habitual cuando estoy en Madrid, no una vivienda impersonal de uso turístico.
