Två sovrum, det ena har en 180 cm bred dubbelsäng (2 x 90) med hel bäddmadrass och det andra har en våningssäng där övre sängen är 80 cm bred och nedre sängen är 120 cm bred, vilket gör det möjligt att två pers kan sova där.

The area also has great trail running and MTB. The lake is ideal for pike and bass fishing from a boat in the summer, or ice fishing in the winter.

Centralt och nära till allt! 500 m till badplats/skridskobana vintertid Skogen runt husknuten och ca 1km till centrum där det finns tågförbindelser. Lugnt område och bra grannar. Finns plats för 2 bilar på uppfarten en i carport.

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe med massor av plats för skoj. Huset har sjöutsikt och ligger i ett naturskönt område. 9 minuters bilfärd till Romme alpin. Ca 2 mil till längdskidåkning i friluftsområdet Gyllbergen. 20 minuter till kupolens köpcentrum. Info om huset: 3 våningar på 200 kvadratmeter. Stort kök med allt som behövs. Tvättstuga med tvättmaskin. Tv (Telia) matsalsbord 6-8 personer. Fiber med Wifi. Inglasad verandan med bord för 4 personer.

Välkommen till ett nybyggt hus på egen sjötomt med magisk utsikt! Sommartid kan man njuta av bad och sol från egen brygga samt låna roddbåt, SUP och vedeldad tunna. På hösten plockar du bär och svamp direkt utanför huset. Vintertid är det ca 13 minuter till Romme Alpin. När det är is på sjön kan du åka skridskor och gå härliga promenader. Det finns bastu och braskamin med tillgång till ved för frusna skidfantaster.

Varmt välkommen till Spelbo! Huset ligger vid sjön Norrmogen. Sjön i söderläge och i norr den milsvida skogen. Sovplatser på övervåningen: en dubbelsäng. Fri tillgång till vedeldad bastu. I Ramsberg (9 km) finns en populär obemannad matbutik! Hoppas att ni ska njuta av vistelsen på denna enkla och stillsamma plats!
