In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Summertime also a good starting point for beautiful hikes. Animals are also welcome here! Year built 2022. 78 sqm. Fully equipped kitchen and fireplace, sauna, washing machine. Plenty of parking spaces and access to a charging station. Check in at 3 p.m., check out at 11 am Departure cleaning is not included. Bed linens and towels are not included.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. A perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons. And it is only 20 minutes to the tourist metropolis of Åre

Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Ski In/ Ski out in Gräftåvallens ski system as well as about 15 minutes to Sweden's fifth largest ski system in Bydalen and just over the hour to Sweden's best and largest ski system in Åre. In Gräftåvallen houses Sweden's largest ski club and directly adjacent to the cabin there are 45 km of prepared ski tracks. In the cabin there is everything needed for a ski holiday with large living areas, fireplace and sauna.
