Vlad is an honest and responsible owner, he met us, gave us an introductory tour of the city, and told us about local features. The accommodation turned out to be better than in the photo, very spacious, clean, all the necessary items for living were present. Your property's patio includes a grill and a small gazebo. Shops and cafes are 1-2 minutes walk from your home. The most gorgeous beach is a 5-minute walk from the house. Liquor store 30 seconds away. Everything is comfortable and accessible. I highly recommend this property and this owner!

Jungle villa is the best place to stay in Paje, probably in Zanzibar. Everything comes together to make for a wonderful stay. The pool is a highlight with amazing lights for the best moments at night. Shout out to the detail in the design. A lot of attention went into making this place. The design overall is also quite muted, not a lot of distractions... a focus on doing right the things happening. Jasna is also super responsive and helpful. Make sure to get the bikes out for some good memories around the space. A+ overall.

Jerome was a great host, very responsive and proactive he accommodated all our needs. The house is magical, located in a local villa, is very private and one minute walking from a beautiful beach and some hotels where you can spend the day or have a nice meal. Also ver spacious the house can accommodated numerous people comfortable. We loved the pool where you can hang out listening to the birds. We will definitely come back.

Our stay at this beautiful villa exceeded all expectations! The pristine, large pool and stunning property were truly impressive, but what really made our experience unforgettable was Barbara, the amazing host. She went above and beyond, even arranging our airport pick-up and drop-off, making everything so easy. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here – it’s a perfect getaway!

Magnifique maison au cœur de la nature. Construite récemment la maison de Manuela est très confortable et son jardin avec piscine très agréable! Manuela et son équipe sont très à l’écoute pour que tout soit agréable pendant le séjour. A noter que la maison est à 12mn à pieds de la mer. Une belle promenade sur un petit chemin bordé de palmiers.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the home was exactly like the photos if not better, we were welcomed with them most helpful, hands on, amazing staff. The location as well was perfect right on the beach and close to everywhere in Jambiani, would recommend this place if you are planning to come to Zanzibar !!

Lovely home—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Great location and very comfortable stay. The host was kind and responsive. Only thing I would recommend is a sign because it was pretty hard for the taxi to find us. I’m already planning on coming back next year with my family hopefully this house is available!

Ik verbleef er met twee vriendinnen. De ontvangst was heel goed geregeld, Jo is een geweldige gastvrouw, die altijd voor ons klaar stond. Ook heel fijn dat er al van alles aanwezig was zoals kruiden, olie etc. Maar het aller allermooiste was toch echt de locatie. Niet normaal mooi, loved it!! Huisje was ook heel knus en gezellig en schoon! Ik raad het iedereen aan

Zanzilywood is good place for those looking peaceful surroundings in an isolated location. The grounds include a pool and store with all the items you need. The apartments are very spacious. If anything is missing, the hosts are quick correct the situation. Moreover, the host can arrange for your transportation both near and into Stonestown. I was satisfied with my stay.

All hotel staff always very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were able to solve all our wishes and requirements quickly and willingly. Even cooking delicious meals. The accommodation has a great location, and a wonderful view of the ocean.

We rented a two floor apartment at Villa Mina for a month. It was spacious and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from both balconies were spectacular. There were loungers and beds to use which gave a little extra privacy from the beach sellers. Lots of choice of nearby restaurants. Breakfasts were excellent with coffee and freshly made fruit juice, fruit, eggs to order and a variety of pastries and breads. There is a swimming pool that can be used about a 5-minute walk away, which my girls enjoyed. Mina and everyone there are very friendly and will help with anything you ask. They made us very welcome. It felt like a home-from-home, only with a spectacular beach in front. We would love to return and hopefully will!

The place is amazing! Quiet, safe with lovely pool and huge garden area! House is clean with all necessary amenities and more 👌Location is also a huge plus - very close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops while still being in quiet calm area where you can forget about the whole world and immerse into paradise ❤️ The staff is very helpful and welcoming. perfect place for short and long stay, great for families and groups as well as women traveling alone 😉 For sure I'll be coming back and strongly recommending to all of my friends! The house is big, well built and located in a very peaceful, quiet place, not far away from the ocean. The house was good enough equipped and with the 24/7 watchmen who also took care of the swimming pool being cleaned. Raphael was in touched and resolved a couple of issues we got while staying there. All together gives me a strong reason to recommend this house for a stay of either single traveller or a family of 4 members maximum.

Dieses Airbnb ist der absolute Wahnsinn!!! Ich habe selten eine so nette und freundliche Person getroffen wie Calister. Wir wurden total lieb in Empfang genommen, wir haben eine Führung durch die Villa erhalten und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Die Villa ist Top ausgestattet und super modern und sauber und es riecht herrlich nach Citrus Duft. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Wasserflaschen und wir haben einen Obstkorb erhalten. Das gesamte Auftreten von Calister und Ihrem Team ist super professionell und man fühlt sich sehr Willkommen. Absolutes Highlight der Villa ist der tolle Pool, mit Blick aufs Meer. Ich würde diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen und empfehle Sie definitiv weiter!!!

Seif war super hilfreich und sehr gut erreichbar. Sein ganzes Team war 24 Stunden erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das blöde in der Unterkunft war nur der ständige Stromausfall. Der betrifft allerdings ganz Paje. Ohne den Generator wären wir aufgeschmissen. Durch die ständigen Stromausfälle funktionierten nicht immer die Klimaanlagen. Die Unterkunft selbst und der Service sind aber unschlagbar. Alles war Top und Seif hat uns geholfen wo er konnte

Truly a "Zanzi Dream House" with peaceful vibrations Coming back to Mother Africa, especially to Zanzibar In Bewjuu couldn't have been more wonderful. My welcome was incredibly sweet and kind looking at smiling faces from Suma, The security of the stunning House, only 1 minute walk away & Sofia, The Angel! She washes your clothes, preparing your breakfast and both even help with shopping on the scooter. Your mornings are welcome with the sunrise through the palm trees where a monkey family might join you for your breakfast! Be careful and watch your food and don't let anthing laying around. They are friendly and just love to steal candies and sugar 😉 I also met the owners who did an incredible job to build this well designed flats with expansive and tasteful furnitures. Your evenings will be accompanied with the sound of the ocean..... What more do you need for a lovely holiday getting away from the ratrace of the west. Lorenz was very responsive and accommodating, particularly when we expressed concern that the whirlpool is inside and cannot be closed off. we have a 3 year old who sometimes wanders at night and we were worried he would get into the pool while we slept; Lorenz offered to drain and cover the whirlpool for us. the beach is lively and clean and everyone we encountered was very friendly. lots of restaurants nearby on the beach. the house staff is very friendly and helpful. the washer listed as an amenity was not available but the staff took our laundry and washed and dried it for us.

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

The house is very spacious, located in the middle of the village, not far to the beautiful beach. Kitchen equipped with basic stuff (frigde is a plus:)). Wifi could be better (not always available, poor signal). Workers always ready to help

We spend 3 weeks at the place. Everything was great (looks good on airbnb, is even better in reality), the staff was nice and helpful. asante sana for your hosting, I'd like to come back. BTW: to those who like to complain: get used to powercuts, its zanzibar :P

The accommodation is exactly as described and really close to the beach. staff from the restaurant were very helpful and Aloha gave us a lot of recommendations for what to do. A cute place and great low budget option. 🤗

Me and 7 other friends stayed here for 1 week and had a great time. We were a bit skeptical about not having a swimming pool, but a 1 minute walk by the beach and you can find Bahari which is great for food and The Loop which is great for swimming in pool (its free). We made an agreement to when the maids were supposed to clean wich was also great for those who like to sleep long. We had some difficulty finding the villa since we used our own driver, so I would recommend using the villas driver or set your google maps to Bahari Pizza Resturant to get there safely with your own driver. Overall the stay was great with a 10 minute drive to Paje city center, and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Zanzibar:)

This home right on the shores of Jambiani Beach is a dream come true. We loved every minute of our stay. Kerstin was an excellent host and communicated exceptionally well. Sulei (the local caretaker) was very helpful and provided daily advice for activities, food, taxis, etc. Overall, this home is in an incredible location and was the perfect place to have a restful vacation.
