The bath in the house is of course a hot spring. It is a large bath that can accommodate a large number of people, and it is a flowing bath that is replaced every time, so you can enter immediately after arrival. Outdoor sauna, huge open-air bath in the center of the garden!! This is a mixed bath, so please wear a swimsuit. Speaking of hot springs, steamed dishes using steam! We also have a dedicated steaming area, so you can enjoy steamed dishes such as eggs yourself. The entrance is on the 2nd floor, the 1st floor is the living and dining room and hot spring, and there are bedrooms on each floor. We have 7 beds available, but we also have futons for small children and those who are not comfortable with beds. Please let us know before booking if you would like to stay with 7 or more people. The villa is private, but the manager patrols during the day, so please feel at ease, as we will respond immediately if you have any problems during your stay.

Depending on the season, people come and go on the river next to the inn to play in the river and go to Kappa Falls. If the weather is good, you can play in the river, BBQ with the ingredients you bring, You can also enjoy a fire. (Please be careful when handling fire.) When it rains, you can enjoy the ingredients you brought over the charcoal fire in the Irori fireplace in the room, or cook while listening to the sound of the river, as we also provide cooking utensils, a range, and dishes. We renovated a 160-year-old traditional house in 2023. The total site is 700 tsubo (2300 m ²), and the building is 170 m ², making it very spacious. While it is an 8-minute drive to Kumamoto Castle, it is a cottage where you can relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The garden is full of trees and flowers, including a large camphor tree that has been there for over 160 years, black pines, Japanese maples, and bamboo forests, so you can enjoy the trees and flowers in all seasons. The host lives in the adjacent building, so you can feel at home.
