Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Büyükada

I was very satisfied with the stay, everything was as described, it was one of the rare places I felt like I was in my own home, and I loved the view and the house, and it was in a great location in terms of location

We met up with my parents in Istanbul and chose Baris’s place — and we couldn’t have made a better decision. There were five of us, including a two-year-old child. The apartment is very spacious, bright, comfortable, and quiet. Even though the living room faces a main street with a tram line, the bedrooms are facing a peaceful courtyard, so we all slept well. The kitchen was very well-equipped — there was everything we needed to cook! Baris was very attentive and always available. We had a small issue with the shower faucet, but he resolved it quickly. He also gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to see in the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Baris’s place!

The beautifully modern and well-equipped apartment is located in a new building right next to the Metropol shopping center on the Asian side of Istanbul. We found this super convenient as you could walk to all the errands & bakeries as well as restaurants & cafes were right nearby. The apartment has a great view of Istanbul and was very modern and clean. We highly recommend it! Thanks again for the flexible check-in!! ☺️

I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend. Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

Nice stay and close to Mall of Istanbul. Also very convenient as it’s not more than 30mins to get or go to the Airport.

The apartment was incredibly cozy and perfect for a comfortable stay. From the very beginning, the host was exceptionally helpful and welcoming — assisting us with check-in and any questions we had, and always available 24/7. One of the best parts was the neighborhood: peaceful, charming, and full of lovely streets with fresh pastries, delicious local food, and everything within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything needed for a small group — all the amenities, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. The location also offers excellent transport connections, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for creating such a welcoming space. The view was fabulous, and the experience of being on the 49th floor was amazing. The room in general was clean. Also, Mr. Can is a good host. He was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the stay.

I stayed here for the fair I attended about my work and I really loved it. I used the transfer services when I came home from the airport and it was really useful in terms of time. The house was clean and tidy. The coffee maker was a nice detail. It is located in a very central place, transportation was very easy. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming with everything. It was definitely a place I would want to stay again. Would recommend
