Ten minutes from two Rivers, Indian River and the St Lawrence. Twenty minutes from Black Lake and just minutes from several local Lakes. Butterfield, Clear, Lake of the Woods, Millsite are just a few. We have U shaped driveway easy in and out for your boat. Ten minutes from Alexandria Bay and Twenty five minutes from Watertown.
