Vacation rentals with breakfast in Butler County

The place was convenient for the things i needed to do in oxford and more importantly, besides all.of the other things, it was a very fair price as I did not feel they were gouging me as compared to the rest of the vendors in the market place.

This stay was perfect! She is super friendly and a joy to have as a roommate. Most definitely will stay here again!

Nice quiet place. Easy to get to where we needed to be for the stay. Host was responsive to anything. Overall great place. Will probably book here again next for our same event.

Sharon's place is a well appointed spacious one bedroom "apartment" with a private entrance connected to a main house. You could walk uptown during the day, but the roads closest to the house do not have sidewalks and I wouldn't walk on the winding street at night. The house is close to campus, but a quiet rural setting. It was easy to get an Uber for under $10 and took about 5 minutes to get to High Street. Sharon had many extras that were appreciated, snacks, coffee, tea, a light breakfast, toiletries etc. I would definitely stay again.

Kristin was very friendly, responsive and went out of her way to make our stay convenient and comfortable. She even stocked the kitchen with breakfast items for our group. This is a great rental for family weekends at Miami U, and we will definitely book with her again.

Tammy's property was the perfect size for my daughter and I during our stay for a weekend swim meet at Miami. It was very clean, no clutter or knick-knacks and the beds were comfortable. We would absolutely stay in one of Tammy's properties again and will recommend to other swim families.

We loved our stay. It was in a great, safe location and very close to Miami University. The place was extremely clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was an overall great place to stay. There is a nice and peaceful sun room, great yard, and great open kitchen/living room for just hanging out. Brian was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. This is one well save for next time.

Motta Manor is a well taken care of, loved home of the family who resides here. We felt very welcomed, by the coffee and treats Jenny left for us, to the personalized note she put in the kitchen. We felt very at home in this country home, just a mile outside Oxford. Perfect location for our Mom’s Weekend, visiting our senior sons at Miami, one last time :-) One thing to note, the bedroom with the bunk beds now has a queen bed and the basement also has a full size bed. So, there is one bonus sleeping location than what the photos show.

My family was very happy with the stay ann always reapone. It was very clean neighbors was very nice to talk with. Great place approve by terry haylee .
