Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

The house is 124 m² and has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (both with shower and toilet, on the upper floor even with bathtub and sauna). On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining area and a living area with a fireplace. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. The attic invites you to play foosball or read a book. Outside, there is a furnished terrace on the first floor and a balcony on the second floor.

Die luxuriös eingerichtete Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Schloss Gottorf in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Sie ist komplett renoviert worden und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf über 92 m² ist alles da, was man zum wohlfühlen braucht. Hinter dem separaten Eingang befindet man sich in einer kleinen Oase. Modern eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. 70' Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime, WLAN, komplette offene Küche sowie einen eigenen Garten mit Terrasse und Fahrradschuppen.

My 120 m² apartment (year of construction 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. The modern apartment includes a large, Nordic-style living room with integrated kitchen. The dining table can accommodate the whole family. Two good beds and a cozy sofa bed offer sleeping places for four/five people. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.
