I absolutely loved the apartment! It offered excellent access to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, making it a perfect location for exploring the city. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and beautifully furnished, it truly felt like a home away from home. The surrounding amenities were also top notch. The true highlight of my stay was the outstanding support from the host, Ms. Sahar. She was incredibly responsive, understanding, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, new apartment located right next to the footbridge on the Dubai Water Canal. Ideally located for Jumeirah and easy to get around Dubai. Simple checkin process with the building concierge. Felix was a great host too - very responsive and helpful. Thanks! Top tip - if you stay here and like Chinese food, try Chinese Pavilion restaurant, it’s a five minute walk from the apartment by the canal, and the food is just fantastic.

Amazing airbnb at a great location. It is very centrally located in Dubai and it has some great facilities on walking distance. The location also offers four high quality restaurants just around the corner on walking distance. The swimming pools are nice and quiet and the kids pool was great for our kid. What was very important for us, was that there will be no noise of either construction, neighbours or mosque's call to prayer. This place was perfect to avoid these noises and it was absolutely quiet. The only downside was that check-in and location information was only shared on the arrival day, which is difficult when you plan everything ahead and when phone coverage is not great when traveling. Still everything was great and it was a 5-star experience and a place to come back to!

An added bonus—there are a few friendly cats around the property, which I personally loved! Just something to keep in mind if you're not a fan of animals. Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Guys, this is with my personal experience. If you want a private place with beautiful view but in the center of marina. Don't miss this, trust me I've stayed in many properties listed in marina but nothing could match mikhail's place. Also he is so responsive, available all the time. Thanks man! This is on my top lost always.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.

Had a fantastic stay at the Paramount Hotel with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The building offers top notch amenities including a pool, gym, and even a spa all accessible to guests. It’s just a 6-minute drive to Burj Khalifa, and the overall vibe feels like a luxury hotel. Highly recommended! Plus, Metro is nearby. Definitely booking this again soon.

In one word: “A true home away from home” I stayed at Leileen’s apartment for 2 weeks on a business trip, and all was perfect. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the apartment very cozy and spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. Leileen is an outstanding host, always quick to respond! I highly recommend and I will definitely come back during my next trip!
