Vacation rentals with breakfast in Burwood Council

Absolutely amazing!! We have no faults at all and this has turned out to be one of our favourite places on our trip so far. Having breakfast provided each morning was a really lovely addition which we really appreciated. We loved the area so much and Fiona recommended some great food options which we thoroughly enjoyed. Nothing to fault at all. Fiona is an exceptional host and we’d love to stay here again. Thank you!

We had a comfortable stay at Shania's house. It is at the same time conveniently located to access all places in Sydney by car and train, but also also private, homely and a quiet neighbourhood. Shania is very accomodating and hospitable. The house was perfect and roomy for a family of 5, however we were meant to stay with my sister's family of 5. I don't know how comfortable the house would be for a group of 10 though. I am used to small cooking spaces for 5, it could be tight for 10, especially that there is no outdoor BBQ. We loved out stay there and recommend it for families.

Simon’s place was fantastic—everything matched the description perfectly. The surrounding area is lovely, with a big park right in front of the house, making it a great spot to relax. Simon himself was incredibly responsive, quickly answering any questions we had. Overall, a great stay, and I’d highly recommend it!

We had a delightful stay in Danielle's house. We were visiting family in Sydney with 2 boys. The house is well maintained and the kitchen is really well equipped. We had all we needed to do meals at home. There is also a good amount of non breakable plates if you have kids!!! Garden is great.... Lots of shade and the boys made good use of swing and trampoline. The location is fab... Quiet street and easy access for transport into city and Chatswood. Danielle was brilliant to deal with. Really responsive and proactive! Would certainly consider this house for another stay and I would not hesitate recommending!!!! Thanks Danielle!!

We enjoyed our stay at Sydney's place. She responded promptly to our queries and was very accommodative. Her property is obviously very well designed and it is definitely apparent she spends a lot of time and thought in the decor and setup. The place is very well stocked with amenities and food which was greatly appreciate as we arrived late into the night. The amenities and home are clean and although we did not do any cooking..it is very well setup to be a place someone can do home cooking and entertain their family. Thanks Sydney.

It’s been an absolute pleasure spending time with Jenny in her beautiful home. Both Jenny and her home reminded me of my childhood and the special times I shared at my aunts’ houses. Jenny is wonderfully respectful of your privacy but is always available whenever you need her. I travelled alone and felt completely safe and relaxed in her home. Basic property, very clean as advertised and perfect for a one night stay to attend concert at Accor Stadium Sydney Olympic Park.

The unit was easy to find and included parking, comfortable bed with really nice linen and pillows Kitchen was well equipped with all the accessories we needed, coffee machines, sofa maker, microwave etc,lovely lounge area and a private courtyard to sit and wind down after a busy time touring around Bonuses were the bus stop at the door to and from the city and a couple of nice restaurants close by

The location was perfect and just what we were looking for. A quick 10 minute drive to the airport, 15 minute drive to downtown and an easy 8 minute walk to both the M3 and M8 subway trains. There was a great pizza restaurant on the corner (Little Italy) as well as an “adult-beverage” convenience store just a 2 minute walk away. The space was great. We loved having 3 bedrooms spread out over 2 floors. It was a top level corner loft unit so it was very quiet and private. We had a full size SUV rental car and it fit perfectly in the secured underground parking garage, which is RARE in Sydney. Most units I looked at only had street parking. Both the on-site pool and gym were very nice and the unit also had a washing machine which was a huge surprise! Jane was a perfect host. Excellent communication and quick to respond to messages whenever I had a question. She welcomed us on our arrival and made us feel at home. It was great having such a personable and welcoming host like Jane!

Me and my husband were traveling to Sydney to visit our daughter and booked Rose’s place which was excellent and felt like home,everything we needed was there and bathrooms and kitchen were spotless.surely will comeback,thank Rose and especially Shida for being great host, Love Maya

Good value for money and a nice space in a really great location. There was an issue on check-in with the elevator malfunctioning, this was out of the control of Mavis and her co-hosts. However, they were super responsive and helpful in helping overcome the problem and I managed to check-in slightly later without a bit impact on my trip. I really appreciate the efforts they went to in ensuring that it was resolved.

Yvonne is the best Airbnb host I've ever seen. She is kind and friendly, always responsive and supportive. We were in a very vulnerable situation since our neighbour's garage caught the fire just before Xmas - our car was completely burned down and home is not safe to live in. With a one year old baby, we were looking for a suitable place to live in urgently and Yvonne has provided massive help from the beginning to the end - allowing for early check-in to suit the baby's routine, offering coffee pods which we couldn't get from supermarket, sent a handyman to fix a small issue of the dyer as soon as she got our message and etc. From the bottom of my heart, we thank you so much Yvonne!

The location is absolutely perfect. Close to so many great restaurants, tram station just outside and walkable distance to CBD. The apartment comfortably fit my family of 5.

Min was an amazing, helpful, and caring host! I traveled alone and felt very safe in her home. The room and bathroom were nice and clean.

The stay at Bob Reed's house was a 10 out of 10. My decision to book that room was based on the photograph that illustrates the offer: a pleasant atmosphere with a magnificent view, in one of my favorite corners in Manly. To my surprise, everything exceeded my expectations, from the level of cleanliness to the quality of every detail it offers. The host is a person of exquisite sensitivity, who has lived and traveled extensively, with whom you can share interesting and fun talks, but who knows how to respect the privacy of his guest. I would definitely stay at Bob's Fairlight Gardens again.

Rowie was a lovely host for our brief stay in her beautiful part of the world. Helpful and friendly. The bed was comfy and the space clean and tidy. We’d gladly stay here again

Harold and his place was our stay for our first visit to Sydney. He is very hospitable drove us to the nearest train station even on our last day at 4 am. The place is very art filled, has European vibe and has been tastefully done. The two dogs and cat will welcome you playfully. The place is well connected to central Syndry via train and buses. Thank you Harold for your hospitality.

I had wonderful stay at Skye’s place. Her home is very peaceful and well thought out with the decor. The neighborhood is very safe even at night as a solo female traveler I had no worries. Lots of cute cafes nearby and plenty of public transportation. It was exactly the kind of local feel I was looking for while I was in Sydney.

Loved our stay! Alison was so kind and accommodating even when our flight was delayed by a whole day. Her place is clean and spacious. Wonderful trip, thank you so much!
