Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything one needs for a stay outside of your own home. The kitchen corner is equipped with a toaster , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all kinds of everyday needs. The 140m x200m new box spring bed ,as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living space. As a small "highlight", a small bay window invites you to have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. Amenities also include a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30 square meters is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

Apartment near centre, sleeps 2-10

The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Unsere moderne Zweitwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Aachen in direkter Nähe zum Rathaus. In 2 Gehminuten erreicht man das Aachener Studentenviertel mit vielen günstigen Restaurants, Bars und einem Supermarkt. Bei einer Mietdauer von mehr als 90 Tagen unterbreiten wir gerne ein individuelles Angebot. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, 44 qm groß und befindet sich zur alleinigen Nutzung in der 3. Etage. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 1,80x2,00m Boxspringbett und das Bad ist frisch renoviert.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Lindenplatz, which stands out due to the open Annuntiatenbach. Especially in summer, you can see and hear many small children with their parents. From here, almost all Aachen attractions ( cathedral, town hall, treasure trove ) are a few minutes' walk away. Shopping, public transport, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Trips to the nearby foreign country or the Eifel are possible within an hour.

Ein Stellplatz in der Garage kann zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Living in a historic landmark

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is part of a listed farm complex and is located on the edge of the historic center of Aachen-Kornelimünster. This former farmyard is surrounded by meadows and despite its quiet location you can reach the Aachen city center by bus in 20 minutes. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The entrance to the first stage of the Eifelsteig hiking trail is also in Kornelimünster.

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Charming old building duplex near the main train station

Enjoy your stay in a quiet side street just a few meters from Aachen Central Station. The center with town hall, cathedral and Elisenbrunnen is only about 1 km away. Facilities and decoration are still rather meager at the moment. I ask for your understanding and look forward to constructive feedback, also during the stay.

here you can feel comfortable in tastefully furnished apartment with small garden. Very centrally located, downtown, train station, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Also within walking distance are parks and green areas. The neighbourhood is calm.

my studio is on the first floor(with elevator) . It is very cozy and functionally furnished . Baker 10 m,train station 450 m, department store 50 m. Center 900 m.,parking garage only 20 m away . The studio is very central and all amenities are within walking distance.
