As you make you way through the tropical gardens at the front and past the tranquil pool setting your private villa awaits. Offering alfresco dining and a bbq area to enjoy, you'll feel miles away from the world. Both bedrooms are fitted with QN size beds , televisions and ceiling fans. Your private courtyard is fully fenced, so your four legged friend can relax as well. On street parking is provided. Groceries can be arranged and delivered for your arrival if required. Courtesy bus available to local venues, surfclubs and RSL's etc. Two villas located on site - onsite manger. Onsite manager Palm Beach's location is great for the pet lovers as the property is between two off-leash pet-friendly beaches at Tallebudgera and Currumbin. It is just a 5 minute walk to the CBD with restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. On street parking. Bus route 1 block away, plus national and international airport only 15minutes away. Groceries can be arranged and delivered for your arrival if required. Local airport pick-up/drop off may be available if required. Fee $20 (one way) $40 (return)

Highly recommend! The house is in a great location close to the creek and beach and lots of good cafes. Big backyard that my puppy loved, I felt secure leaving him there as it was fully fenced. Melisa is a wonderful host, the house has everything you need. Such a generous welcome package, all my favourite snacks! Love the small touches that she put into everything and making sure you love your stay. An easy five stars!

Joanna and Nathan’s place is so lovely! Had a wonderful feel about it, we loved the furniture and the look of the apartment! It was perfect for a girls night in but I can imagine it being great for all options as it’s so close to everything!! Beds and pillows were comfy too! Would definitely stay again :)

The location is awesome, shopping, restaurant and beach around the area. Property is secured in quiet street for a good sleep. Perfect for our family of four, we enjoyed our stay.

I booked as a surprise holiday for my daughter and her 4 boys. Wow!! Location, the beautiful home, the river the Kayaks, the peace...perfect. The hone had everything we needed....was amazing and so comfortable.. The kids forgot their phones, (never happens) and spent hours on the river, and exploring. And Mum got to relax and enjoy the balcony view.... best holiday ever was the vote!. Thank you, we will book again.

Amy is an amazing host, she was always so kind and helpful when we had any questions and responded so quickly. The house is wonderful, large and spacious pool, is so much fun for the kids and bbq entertaining area is perfect. Neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, gorgeous hills and beautiful green surrounds. The Playstation was a big hit with the children!

Pierre and Kerri’s place was easy to find, and easy to enter. Ample parking space in front of the flat, and a good sized grassed area at the back for guest use, and their dogs. Inside, the flat was very clean, and was well stocked with everything I needed. The decor is lovely, especially in the bedroom. The location is ideal - so tranquil and peaceful, and yet still close to the motorway. Pierre and Kerri are lovely people - friendly and communicate well. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED their property!
