Luxe Surfers Paradise Beach House 50m to the beach

Luxe two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse a short 50 meter walk from the stunning Gold Coast beach of Northcliffe. Walking distance from the vibrant shopping and restaurants of both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, but away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. Ask me about bringing your furbaby - prior approval required (must be under 15kg).

Luana is nothing short of magnificent. The residence is an absolutely stunning British Colonial style home awaiting your arrival. Set over 2 levels with plenty of space to enjoy. Luana is very private with beautiful luxurious finishes, surrounded by lush gardens, manicured green lawns and a sparkling saltwater pool. No expense has been spared and we can assure you a stay that will make memories to last a lifetime. Luana is located only a short walk to James Street and beautiful Burleigh Beach.
