Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Auf Wunsch bieten wir ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Burgau. Stadtmitte ist in 10 geh Minuten zu erreichen. Angrenzend zum Haus ist von 5 Minuten 2 Spielplätze für Kinder.  Die A8 ist innerhalb von 5, Legoland Günzburg in 15, Skylinepark in 45 Minuten erreichbar.

We offer a spacious, fully equipped single-family home that is tastefully decorated with a lot of love. In addition to the beautiful surroundings, which invite you to hike, cycle and discover, the house offers plenty of space to relax, just be and unwind. The sunny terrace and a spacious garden area invite you to do so. The house has a separate entrance that is only used by guests and parking at the house.

Nice little house

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.

Cozy "suite" under the roof

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
