We had a very nice weekend at Frank's place. In good weather - if you can sit outside - this place is perfect. Amsterdam and Utrecht are easily and quickly accessible. The surroundings around the property are also very welcoming.

Lovely cottage for a week away with our toddler. Beautiful quiet park and wooded area. The garden of the cottage offers all kinds of nice playgrounds for children, so you can sit quietly as a parent.

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

Wonderful weekend in Dwarsgracht, despite the rain We had a fantastic weekend in the cottage on the Dwarsgracht, despite the weather not always cooperating. The cottage was comfortable and cozy, and the location is beautiful — even with rain it is enjoyable in this area. What really made the stay special was Eva's hospitality. She was incredibly relaxed and open, even with our animal gang. We immediately felt welcome and comfortable. It's so nice when you come somewhere and find that you are not only tolerated, but really seen and appreciated. Thank you Eva, for your warmth and hospitality! We'd love to come back — hopefully with some more sun next time. 🌦️🐾

What a fantastic lcation to relax en enjoy a peacefull vacation. Lovely place to spend 2 days with our dogs. Also a great host, easy going and helpfull. If you are passing by it is worth the stay.

We found the perfect spot to spend a few days in the Breukelen / Maarssen area. Able to live like a local by biking to shops and touring the area. Nicolette and Remko made our stay so pleasant and were very friendly to help with plans or a quick chat. The space inside was lovely and roomy. Lots of place to relax outside too. Great biking and boating in the area - follow their recommendations. Most welcoming hosts we have met. Thank you for everything.

The cottage is on a small-scale green park, where you can go with your dog. In fact, it was Pentecost weekend and I've never seen so many dogs. All on a leash and only friendly dogs. With a few minutes walk you are in the forest, where - in some places - the dog can also go off the leash. There is also a communal swimming pool that you can use. The cottage is comfortable, the bed is good and also in a nice place where you have no view. Communication with the hostess, Jacq , is perfect. She responds immediately to any question. Thank you for the nice days.

We had a wonderful time! The cottage is located in a beautiful, quiet place on the edge of a beautifully maintained park. There is a beautiful, green garden at the cottage. The dog can run freely in the fenced garden and you can sit nicely sheltered in the garden. It's lovely and quiet! The cottage is cozy and there is plenty of food and drink ready. We have never experienced this before. Even for the dog there were gifts! We have completely relaxed and have had lovely walks in the forest. You can walk into the woods, next to the cottage. Actually, we never go to the same place more than once, but here we consider it. Thank you Alan and Karin.

Great place and great hosts. We had a lot of fun and felt comfortable. The accommodation was accessible by boat and we could go shopping by boat. It was a real adventure. The accommodation and the pool were clean. Everything worked out for us ☀️

A perfect stay! The location is ideal, surrounded by nature yet close to the city. The terrace is amazing, and the cozy living room with a fireplace was the perfect spot to relax. Fred was incredibly welcoming, surprising us with sparkling wine and cake upon arrival. Highly recommend – would love to return!

Accommodation with lots of activity nearby (walk, tour, hike, restaurant). Private garden perfect for bringing a dog! I would recommend it!

By far one of the very best Airbnbs! We felt very welcome here. Very sweet hosts. Upon arrival something nice for our little ones (sweet!) and everything was ready for them. Also a camping bed for our baby on request stood next to our bed. Top service! What really stood out is that the chalet was very well maintained and clean, it smelled wonderfully fresh. The chalet is compact but everything we needed and conveniently furnished. The hosts have made a lot available: coffee, oil, herbs, detergent and lots of toys! The garden around the chalet is very nice and spacious with 2 cozy (covered!) terraces. Even in the pouring rain, we sat outside for a while. An extensive review, but we were also very happy. Communication went very smoothly, Joke and Henk are easily accessible via airbnb or the app and very friendly 🥰 Thank you for this nice stay, you will see us again! 😄

Super nice stay in all weather conditions. Heated swimming pool with a radius that allows you to swim at the place. Nice and warm jacuzzi, sauna and Finnish grill kota really completes it. Inside are card games, children's games, anti-monopoly, among other things. Bed was nice and soft. The sofa was nice and there were even herbs available to cook with. In short, everything available for a relaxed stay!

Very comfortable tiny home with everything you need!. Location is great with a lot to see in walking distance. Check in and out instructions were very clear and easy. We highly recommend this place!

Absolutely recommended! Beautiful location and very nice cottages. Karin and Carmen have decorated it very cozily. Everything is thoughtful and it is either described in advance or clearly indicated on the spot. The hot tub was a wonderfully relaxed extra. We had a very pleasant stay with our friends group and that was partly due to the Weelde that Karin and Carmen created.

The cabin was incredibly peaceful, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to escape the city for a relaxing weekend. It’s an ideal spot for reading a book and enjoying walks in the surrounding area. If you don’t have a bike or a car, be sure to pack some groceries before arriving, as the closest supermarket is a 30-minute walk away. The projector and record player added a nice touch to the experience.

What a wonderful place! Surrounded by greenery and flowers, awakened by the birds. Plenty of space with a beautiful decor. Great opportunity to hike and bike in the nature in the area. Good tips from Jeannette and Frank, for example.

The flat was perfect for rest and sleep. Had all the essentials needed. The only reason it isn’t a full five star review was because of the staircase which was treacherous. It would mot meet building code today. The stair risers were too narrow to fit your foot and it was steep and narrow. Would not recommend for people with big luggage or mobility issues. Otherwise it was fantastic

Dirk and his Wife were there to Welcome us upon our arrival and recommended lovely places for us to buy local cheese and have Dinner. The town is so beautiful and perfect for relaxation and the Location is near all amneties (groceries, shops, Center of the Village with cafés and a Saturday Market!). It's very walkable and cyclable and most Restaurants we're dog-friendly. The Cottage House was modern and equiped of a full kitchen and a cute terrace at the back with an Outdoor Fireplace that we used every night for romantic Moments. It was decorated with taste all whilst representing hygge. We really enjoyed our prolonged weekend in Huizen!! Thank you for having us!

I felt the love that was put into the renovation and furnishing of the cottage! Highly recommended for interior lovers 🤩 Besides, it was really sparkling clean. The garden with its various seating areas really invites you to linger...and our dog also felt "right at home" here! We would have loved to have stayed much longer 🥰
