One queen and two double bedrooms, two large living spaces plus outdoor deck, two bathrooms, single carport plus additional parking. Wireless internet available and access to TV streaming. Very close to the golf course, a few hundred meters to the riverbank, and boat launch. The property is pet friendly with the area around the house fenced off. Rutherglen wineries are a short drive.

Bright and open house on a quiet street in beautiful Beechworth. Less than 10 minute walk to the centre of Beechworth and Lake Sambell. Plenty of parks, hikes and bike trails at your door step. Peaceful outdoor seating overlooking garden where you can drink your morning coffee and listen to birds singing. Secure yard for doggos. The house comfortably sleeps 4 people however I have a sofa bed that can sleep another two if required. Please note the house is lived in part of the year by me 😊
