Villa vacation rentals in Buna River

My wife and I spent a fantastic week here with friends and family! The villa is light, modern, and spacious. The surrounding hills / mountains are beautiful. The view of the Adriatic, while partially obscured by construction, is stunning. The location is great: close to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Stocking up at Studenac or Konzum a few miles away was convenient! Note that getting here can be tricky - GPS can be a bit off and coming from Cavtat / the airport takes a near 180° turn. Some Ubers struggled finding us. Lukša was an excellent host. He’s communicative and quick to assist with any request / issue. His recommendation of a private dinner by Chef Dario was a highlight - Dario and his team were accommodating and the meal exceptional! The maids were warm, attentive, and having daily breakfast is incredible. Small tip - if you plan to request laundry service, bring a laundry bag or perhaps Lukša could provide one in the future! Highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting Dubrovnik!

Truly fabulous place with so much history - I couldn't reccomend more ! stunning with many places (including the jetty) to enjoy the amazing views. Super peaceful and also an approx 45min walk to Kotor and the old town there- so best of both worlds. Budimir was also super helpful throughout- fully 10/10 experience !

Beautiful place to stay with amazing views, location is a little far out from the centre but the host is very helpful with providing local taxi numbers and even phoned on occasion for us as we was struggling. Kept in communication the whole time and offered to arrange trips etc help to and from the airport

Dreamtime Villa was one of the best AirBnB villa's we stayed in. The villa is spacious, as indicated on the site. Anz who is Marko's son he is present at the villa 24x7, which is a great help. He takes care of all the needs and that was an added advantage. He was reachable whenever required and has super knowledge about the area. The Villa is around 30 min drive from Lustica Bay where there are lots of nice restaurants and grocery. Villa has sizable swimming pool, pool table and lot of facilities to keep you and kids busy at the villa.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful new villa in the north of Albania. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication via Airbnb was very good. The villa is perfect for a large group or multiple families and offers a great view of Lake Skoder. There is a lakeside beach within walking distance, as well as cozy restaurants and cafes nearby. For groceries, you need to travel a bit further, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Montenegro is within driving distance and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean and relaxing vacation!

We had a very nice stay at Rasims Appartment. We were a bit out of the usual season and therefore almost had a private beach next to our doorstep. Communication with Rasim was always nice and simple. Highly reccomend staying there!

I spent the weekend here with a group of 10 friends for a bachelorette party and everything was perfect. The house is even better in person and the amenities have everything you could need. We had an amazing few days and Micaela is a really great host, answering every question I had and even took the time to help organise some of our plans. My family of six adults and a toddler had the most wonderful stay at Mato’s Mlini home. It was perfect—close to Dubrovnik yet with the relaxed charm of ocean life. The villa had everything we needed to cook, unwind, and simply enjoy time together. We spent our days by the pool, sharing meals at the outdoor table and laughing late into the night over card games. The space was private, with breathtaking Adriatic views, and just a short stroll to the ocean, a bakery, and a convenience store. Our favorite day? Renting a boat to explore the blue cave and nearby beaches. Morning runs along the long boardwalk were a treat, and the toddler loved playing in the parks—especially the pedal cars with a built-in slide! Maybe that was more for me and my husband. Mlini had good restaurants and cocktail bars, but the surprise highlight was walking to the abandoned hotels at sunset. Mato was an incredible host, always ready to help, and I wholeheartedly recommend his home!

Andrea’s place was truly something out of a magazine—every detail was thoughtfully designed, and no expense was spared. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine, chocolates, and a refrigerator stocked with delicious meats, cheeses, and fresh bread. Such a lovely touch! The village of Orašac is absolutely charming. The locals are warm and friendly, and the nearby coffee shop/pub was perfect for an evening nightcap. Andrea went above and beyond during our stay. She even brought us outlet adapters so we could charge our phones—completely unprompted. She also recommended a private skipper for a day tour of the nearby islands and Blue Cave, which was an unforgettable experience. The skipper was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and the boat was fully stocked with wine, beer, water, and towels. Like another reviewer said: if I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Highly, highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Voho was amazing. We had two couples staying halfway through our European vacation. This was the perfect spot. We were a mile walk (about 20 minutes) from Old Town Dubrovnik, so we were close but away from the noise. The view was spectacular. We spent evenings and mornings on the patio simply relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for four people although we didn’t use the living room at all because we spent so much time outside on the patio. We were all able to do laundry mid-trip, which was nice. We were able to pick up breakfast basics up the street and make nice meals outside of a restaurant with the kitchen amenities and walk into Old Town for amazing dinners and sight seeing. Voho could not have been a better host. We feel like we found a friend with him and the drivers he arranged for us. The only negative was that we did not have more time so we will definitely return!

We had a wonderful time staying at Sandra's place in Slano. She was a wonderful host who had great recommendations and was responsive to our questions and needs. The house was comfortable and well appointed. The location was beautiful and peaceful in May. We appreciated being in the village that had restaurants, but was quieter than the larger cities. Thank you Sandra!

Amazing villa, spacious and very clean. We had everything we needed. Very good communications with the hosts. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming on arrival . Even brought us local made food that was absolutely delicious. We had a great time. Thank you!

We absolutely loved this accommodation. It was an absolute oasis. We were in a very central location to do day trips all over Puglia. Being only a 10 minute drive from Ostuni was a real bonus, Supermarkets, pharmacies, great restaurants and good shopping were all very accessible. Denise our hostess was absolutely fantastic, always helpful and available 100 percent recommend

What a beautiful home and stunning view. We had a fabulous week here and were very lucky with the weather. Andrea was a fantastic host and her communication and support was excellent. You will definitely need a car staying here - there are so many beautiful spots to visit and it’s slightly off the beaten track (which we much prefer). Wish we had planned to stay longer :-(. We did not try out the local restaurants in Krasici but Luštica bay is very close and has lots of seafront restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Ivica was spectacular from the start of our booking. He went above and beyond. He welcomed us to his lovely home that was beyond our dreams. The view was amazing. All the different hang out areas were great for our family. The hot tub and pool view blew our mind. Ivica and his family were so welcoming and gave us fresh produce from their garden, coffee, milks, and different food items. He was so accommodating and gave us great recommendations for everything in the area. I wish I could have stayed forever. I will come back again and recommend all my friends and family to stay. You won’t be disappointed with this home. Croatia stole my heart. I can’t wait to come back.

The best place I’ve ever stayed in! The pool area and views are beautiful with plenty of space inside to chill and relax. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore!! Will definitely be trying to come back

The property is beautifully designed, very well-equipped and maintained with great attention to detail. The house is taken care of on site by Zdravko - exceptionally friendly and communicative, as well as a helpful person. The whole is perfect for 2 families due to the division of rooms. We traveled in a 6+2 layout. The pool was clean, the water was perfect. an added bonus was cleaning during a week's stay. The view from the pool and terraces - dazzling. The whole tour is well-maintained. Private rocky beach and your own descent into the water. Sun loungers for reading in the shade. On-site sup and kayak - perfect for traveling to an island that's a reserve. The bay is calm, even on windy days the sea is calm. The house conditions will 100% meet all expectations. Despite the heat, the air conditioning easily cools the interiors and bedrooms. I highly recommend it for a perfect vacation.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks here! Friendly host, beautiful house and spectacular views.The host was quick to answer/help with any questions.They provided us with fresh eggs, fruit/veg and cake during our stay. It’s a short drive to Dubrovnik and only 10 mins to Srebreno beach.Would highly recommend and would love to come back one day!

Great couple of days in this gorgeous villa. The initial drive is a little hair raising in parts, but worth it and not a problem on subsequent drives; we're used to driving in hilly locations! Very homely and stylish with lots of interesting artwork, light ing and furniture. Beautiful pool and outdoor areas for relaxation, amazing views and so peaceful. Has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal if required. Highly recommend if you want to stay off the beaten track.
