Charming and peaceful place to stay with amazing view and large rooms. We generously received an upgrade to a larger apartment. Very helpful and friendly hosts. We're grateful for everything and looking forward to visit again.

Let me start by saying this place is AMAZING! The apartment is super luxury, top floor (16th) of the building. 2 balcony’s, one Huge balcony with a breathtaking view of the city. The smaller balcony has an amazing view of the mountains. The inside of the apartment is huge, super modern, comfortable couch, big tv. Amazing ceiling with recessed lights. The beds are amazing, very very comfortable!!! The location is a short walk from everything. We did not want to leave. If you’re looking for something luxury, book this place. 10 out of 10. You won’t regret it.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Roana provided clear instructions on where to find the appartment. The appartment is clean and has everything you need. It is close to the big park and there are many shops nearby.

What an incredible place to stay! I am 20 years old and I stayed with my grandmother. The home is so cozy and comfortable. The view is unbelievable and it truly felt like home. The heated floors in the bathroom were a plus. It is amazing value for the price. It is on a hill but we ubered there so it was not an issue. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great location and spacious parking. Apartment is extremely clean and tidy. Host is accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend!

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.

Eve girdiğimiz ilk andan itibaren temizlik konusunda hassas olduğunu görebildim ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Bizim için balkonun önünde duran ağacı budayıp manzaranın tam anlamıyla gözükmesini sağladılar bunun dışında evde her türlü ihtiyacınıza yönelik eşya mevcuttu makyaj temizleme pamuğundan ütüsüne varıncaya kadar. Çok düşünceli olması sebebiyle tekrardan gelip konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer oldu. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz Milica!!!

Var i velipoje under en kort vistelse med min familj, stället var rent och fint. Precis så som de ser ut på bilderna. Både Flutura och hennes mamma var riktigt snälla och hjälpsamma när vi behövde något. Rekommenderar starkt detta ställe!

Üsküp bölgesinde kalınabilecek en iyi yerlerin başında gelir. Lokasyon vs den ziyade ev sahibi Ana evi ziyaretçileri için muhteşem kılmış. Öncelikle evi bulmak aracınınızı bırakmak ve giriş prosedürleri kusursuz işliyor. Eve girdiğinizde karşılaştığınız manzara inanılmaz. Ev o kadar yeni ve temiz ki biz içeride ayakkabılarımızı çıkardık. Mutfakta her şey tam v de kusursuz. Banyoda şampuanından duş jeline kulak temizleyisinden deterjan ve yumuşatıcı sona kadar eksiksiz her şey düşünülmüştü. Erken çıkmak zorunda olduğumuz için Ana ile görüşmek ve teşekkür etmek fırsatımız olmadı.

Ev sahibi çok sıcakkanlıydı, konakladığımız gün Paskalya’ya denk geldi ve ev sahibi bize Paskalya yumurtası hediye etti, çok tatlıydı. Konum ve manzara harikaydı. Sokaklar dar olduğu için park etmek kolay değildi ama ev sahibi yardımcı oldu. Evin içi temizdi. Merkeze çok yakın yürüme mesafesinde. Ev sahibinin tavsiye ettiği restoranlarda yemek yedik harikaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Bellissima esperienza! La stanza è molto grande, letto comodo, condizionatore funzionante, c'è anche il televisore. Acqua calda e asciugamani. Host super gentile, corretto, disponibile e proattivo. Consiglio caldamente

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

My stay at the apartment was nothing short of perfect. The accommodation was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a week's stay. There are steps so if you have mobility issues you may find it challenging especially when carrying luggage. The extra steps were worth it when you saw the spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Just simply stunning. The other asset was the host Alex himself, who was super responsive even before I arrived. Always happy to help with travel tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat, Alex couldn't do enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have even recommended to a friend who is planning to visit Montenegro next year. Thanks Alex for making the stay so special.

Ivana was such an incredible host. Our flight was delayed which meant arriving after midnight. Ivana was able to greet us and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we couldn’t get a taxi. This is way above and beyond a regular host. Thank you so so much. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 kids) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over looking Cavtat was beautiful. Short walk to the harbour, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Dubrovnik by car or boat. Ideal location. Thank you so very much!

Ernad ist ein sehr angenehmer und fröhlicher Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und auf die Berge. Zudem hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung war schön und auch sehr hell. Ebenfalls war sie sehr modern gestaltet, sodass man sich bei der Ankunft direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt hat. Leider funktionierte das Klimagerät nicht so gut wodurch es sehr warm war…allerdings bekamen wir direkt vom Gastgeber einen Ventilator/ Kühler in die Wohnung gestellt, sodass uns der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht wurde.

We had a great holiday experience at Bruno’s property. We traveled with our 2 years old toddler. His place is well organised for a family. There’s a comfortable cot with clean lines, sturdy high chair, and a step with a toddler toilet seat which made our trip much easier and felt like home. Everything is clean. Bed and sofas are comfortable. Lots of kitchen equipment. Easy access to the beach, grocery, and town. Only negative thing was a boiler(hot water). As we are 3 adults + 1 toddler, we expected to have a shower and bath one and another every evening. Boiler does work, but the capacity is very small so it takes over an hour to boil an another whole bath of hot water which wasn’t convenient.(we had to plan ahead when to take a bath and shower every time). I guess if you’re a shower person there wouldn’t be any issues. All in all Bruno is a very friendly, and helpful host. We highly recommend his place:)
