Vacation rentals in Bulungur District

The apartment is way above the average Airbnb apartments in terms of its size and decorations. It is more of a beautiful home. The location is also very good in that it is just off the beautiful University boulevard and close to a bus stop that many bus routes pass through. Our host was very responsive, helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay there and would choose it again if we ever visit Samarkand again.

we loved this place! huge house, very comfortable, has everything we needed. Very close to the airport (you might still need a taxi if you have a lot of luggage, but otherwise walkable). parking place. Plov Center #1 nearby - the best plov we've had in our whole trip (Samarkand-Bukhara-Khiva-Nukus) we'll be back!

Rented this apartment for 8 people for a week, very comfortable. It's convenient that there are two bathrooms. Large kitchen and balcony. Thank you)

Amazing host with great communication skills. Iskander was really helpful and answered all my questions. He knows how to do it! He left small guide of samarkand in every room so that people will know where to go. 10/10

Sardor is an extremely friendly person,he picked us from railway station,was very kind ,place is near railway station which makes it easier to catch trains also tourist spots are not very far which makes it a super nice place to stay.5 stars for Sardor for his friendliness.

I am a Chinese and the host was very friendly, easy to communicate with and willing to help us. It was a perfect trip.

Stayed at Sardor's place for 3 nights, the apartment located in a brand new building close proximity many local restaurants and coffee houses. Walkable distance from magnificent registan and amir temur mausoleum as well as few other sightseeing places. Sardor knows the city very well and also provides transfer and local guide services.

My wife and I had a truly wonderful four days here. From the time I arrived in Samarkand, the host was constantly in touch. He even directed the cab driver to the right place when I had difficulty locating the house, and unlike many airbnbs, he was there to welcome us. The personal touch always makes a positive difference. The house was clean and just as represented in the photos. Restaurants and supermarkets were nearby and all the tourist places were easily accessible. I highly recommend this place 👍
