Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bullitt County

The house was perfect for our needs! We were partaking of the bourbon trail and were also able to work a thoroughbred tour at Winstar farms in as well - would highly recommend. The decor and floor plan is very comfortable and inviting. The porch out back was very nice for a nosh and a glass of wine. We walked easily to town central for dinner. We had a delicious cocktail at Liam Ash. The server there was a wealth of information about bourbon culture. There are many great restaurants in town too. Paula is an excellent host and we hope to return soon - thank you!

The place was exactly what we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed spending nights on the back porch just relaxing. Beds were comfortable, towels were numerous and big, fat, & fluffy (the way I like them), and the farm fresh gold...er, I mean eggs in the fridge were a nice and generous plus. The kitchen could use a few extras but nothing we could not manage.

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations. The home was spacious, clean, and loaded with more amenities than we anticipated. The speakeasy was such a cool touch and gave the stay a unique vibe true to the reason we were visiting the area. We had a blast on the pickleball court, and the video games were a hit with everyone. Plenty of parking made things easy, especially since we were on motorcycles—very bike-friendly setup. Access was smooth, and the whole experience felt effortless from check-in to check-out. It is very obvious from the moment we booked until the last goodbye message that there was a great deal of thought put into this home and making it an experience for all to enjoy. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Place was clean, easy to check in, with all the amenities that I forgot back home lol. Quite area and close to entertainment. Def would stay again!

Marc's place was great. We like to put together regular trips to get our friend circle together in one place and this house was perfect for that. It's right near the center of Bardstown so we had quick access to all of the shops and restaurants downtown. The beds were all comfortable and the living space was easy for out group of 5 to all pile in. We happened to be in KY for a 4 day deluge so we couldn't use the backyard much, but there's a great fire area with tons of chairs and a firepit which looked really inviting. The kitchen was super clean and serviceable as far as travel stay kitchens are concerned. The fridge was full of frozen glasses and whiskey ice cubes which was much appreciated, and the welcome package was really thoughtful as well. If I had a single complaint, it would be that the live edge coffee table was, in general, a precarious place to set your drink, but undeniably was a great looking centerpiece for the living room. Everything about this place is PERFECT. Upon opening the door, the smell of clean was amazing!!!!! Just from opening the door I just knew it was the right stay for two family's while at a Volleyball tournament at the Expo Center. The beds are comfy. The linens were clean and soft! The host were great! The host made you feel right at home, they had some fresh fruit, a box of Capri suns, few pops and waters and a bowl of snacks! The hot tub was clean and amazing! Fans in every room, the fridge has an ice machine and good tasting water. The host left laundry soap, dish washer soap and extra towels if needed, even for the hot tub! The yard was taken care of and nicely mowed. This place was decorated so cute!!!! Someone really took some time! The drive to the Expo center was about 20 mins wasn't bad at all! I really cant tell you enough how much we enjoyed our stay in this home. We will be back next year!!!!!!!

While we had a couple issues the 1st day, Ronnie was incredibly quick at responding and getting them taken care. Actually showed up himself the next morning to take care of problem, which he did. Overall, great place and there are issues at places sometimes but it's all about how owner reacts and Ronnie was great. Highly Recommend staying here.

5 stars isn’t enough! Staying here was an absolute dream! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean, stylish, and well-stocked the apartment was. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay—and then some! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Louisville, with easy access to amazing restaurants, live music, and local attractions. But what really sets this place apart are the incredible amenities. The rooftop lounge with skyline views was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The fitness center was fully equipped, clean, and spacious—way better than your average hotel gym. And having secure parking made everything hassle-free. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming, luxury experience. Whether you’re in town for work, play, or a little of both, you won’t find a better place to stay. I’ll absolutely be booking here again next time I’m in Louisville!

The place was excellent, accurately described and even though we had a short stay I would mind to stay there for longer. Very nice and clean.

Repeat customers! Perfect spot in the Highlands. Comfy bed and dark for sleeping, also pull-out couch in living area. Fluffy white towels and modern bathrooms. Happening neighborhood & restaurants. Our home away from home when returning to Kentucky.

Great stay at Bethany’s place, and fantastic location that is close to the action but also very quiet. We loved Bethany’s apartment and would absolutely stay here again if and when we come back to Louisville. Bethany was very easy to communicate with and also has lots of great restaurant recommendations in the area, which was super helpful.

my husband and I visited Louisville for a few days and had a lovely stay as Tess's place. inside was beautiful with lovely hardwoods and exposed brick. There is a deck with a nice backyard with a gorgeous tree. The location is fairly walkable to the Nulu area, we would even walk to downtown and back. Tess is very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Jaclyn’s home is so charming, and so welcoming! Maybe what I appreciate most is that this apartment has a sense of character and warmth that creates a sense of “place”. You really feel you’ve landed somewhere that’s been tended to with vision and with care. I especially loved the kitchen and the morning light. And Jaclyn has plants, which bring life to the space! This apartment is in a part of Louisville with tons of great restaurants, and wonderful architecture. I was so grateful for this stay.

Stayed here with my son for a baseball tournament. Very clean place, easy to check in and out, great coffee place and restaurants nearby, and the pool/ping pong table was a lot of fun for us in our down time. Beautiful space and welcoming host. It’s unique reuse of property, old charm with contemporary comfort and amenities. NuLu is a perfect neighborhood to experience Louisville and easy to connect to rest of the area. Have stayed here before and look forward to a future return.

We only needed to book for one night and we booked our stay last minute. Deirdre responded immediately and we were able to check in early. The condo was great and just as the pictures show. My granddaughters are 2 and 4 and they loved the snacks that were in a basket as soon as you walked in. The living room and kitchen were great. The half bath downstairs was very convenient with kids. The bedrooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms were very clean. The whole place was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Thanks so much! 😊

Such a great place! Right in the heart of downtown, walkable to shops and restaurants. A gem of a spot with a rooftop terrace and second level balcony as well. We are trying to think of reasons to come back just to stay again! Even better than pictured. Excellent hosts who were very communicative throughout. The decor is lovely and feels very high end. We stayed with two kids, ages 9 and 7, and found it very family friendly. Will definitely be back!

We made a quick trip to Shelbyville to visit family. The condo was perfect for our weekend. Katie communicated with us, provided local information, and had very clear instructions regarding our stay.
