Our home sits on one of the most beautiful streets in the entire neighborhood. We are 7 houses from Iroquois Park. It is terrific for walking, hiking, or just having a picnic. We have a privacy fence with a jacuzi tub on the deck. Many updates make this home the perfect choice to relax after a day of fun activities

Strategically placed; Cottage 37 sits on a ridge that overlooks the 3,050-acre lake and its 10,000 acres of wildlife preserve. The owners tried to capture the view from the kitchen table to inspire the cabins four-season theme. The wall hangings were chosen to mirror Kentucky’s beautiful hills, Derby culture, and the water of Taylorsville Lake.
