Amazing place! I 100% recommend it! Big spacious chalets equipped with absolutely everything! I loved it!

I will be leaving on March 18th. Still, I'm already writing my review today. It was a very good stay. Everything was 100% right. Here in this place you really have the perfect hosts. You can't go wrong booking here. It is a quiet and idyllic picture-perfect place. If you want to switch off, unwind your soul, this is the perfect place to stay. I had fantastic days. During the day I met with friends. To go into town you can take the bus or just get in the taxi very cheaply. A supermarket that is open 24 hours is a 8-minute walk. This is truly a place to get down. I can really only recommend this location from the heart.

Everything matches the description, go ahead. It is very well maintained, closed and secure to leave the children in the wild. It is for families or friends, there is a covered place equipped with tables and chairs to eat for 12 people. Worry-free street parking, nice neighbors. It takes a car because it is 25/30 minutes from the beaches but it is indicated in the listing. The village grocery store is clean and has a lot of things. Chuck Wagon is 10 minutes away and grilled and pizza, on site or take away for prices from another time, a meatball is 90 cts in €...well, with 2, you ate well. Perfect.

Cozy and well-maintained house, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Clean rooms, comfortable furniture, and a fully equipped kitchen. The host is responsive and friendly. Great value for money!

The apartment was an absolute dream! Super spacious, beautiful, excellent location and the garden was great for the kids to run around and play.

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

One of the most wholesome stays I have had the pleasure to experience. Tomislav is very friendly, flexible and fast to respond. Everything in the house was great and as described. Definitely the best kitchen I have encountered in any Airbnb - from good knives to a wide variety of utensils and tools, the kitchen was very well stocked with a lot of products and we lacked nothing. As food lovers and cooks, we really appreciated it. The house is very nice and cozy with a beautiful view from the balcony. One can feel all the personal and sweet touches that Tomislav has made, the place is embedded with care, which is not found that often. The village is rustic and very authentic, with very wholesome and nice people around. We were treated like family! The surrounding area is beautiful! Quite some places to visit, the silence, peace, simplicity and beauty are top-tier therapy. I really hope I will be lucky enough to go back again!

We couldn't make up our minds which house we liked best because we stayed in both. Each of them has it's own advantages. This one has a huge back yard and it's very private. We liked the kitchen the best. You have everything you need to make yourself right at home. We even made a bbq in our last day. I would recommend the place for a small family. We took our parents with us and they stayed in the room facing the kitchen so we were always careful late, at night, not to wake them up with the lights or noise. So be mindful of that. Otherwise the area is wonderful. You need a car to get around but everything is within 10-15 min drive. We even saw a turtle on the side of the road in the village. Can't wait to go back!

We had an excellent stay at Ivan's place!! The location is absolutely ideal! We had our 2 year old with us, so close proximity to the rental shops and gondola was essential with all our gear! The photos don't do the place justice, it was much more modern and spacious than we had envisaged from the photos! Due to the location we did experience a little noise on the busier nights (Friday/Saturday) but nothing too disturbing, and it wouldn't stop us from staying again. Ivan and his wife were great hosts and were in touch before and during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. All in all, a wonderful stay and we would certainly choose this place again if we return to Bansko :)

We stayed in the apartment for a week long ski vacation and the apartment was perfect! Beautifully designed and well equipped, and in a great location - quiet but still a very short walk from the gondola, shops and restaurants. Small details made the stay extra amazing - the heating was on when we arrived which made us feel right at home in the cold winter outside, and hot water was waiting for us. The apartment is spacious, and the bed and sofa are very comfortable. It was very clean, and the kitched is well supplied! The cafe downstairs is the perfect place to drink a good coffee and read a book, and the owners Tony and his wife were extremely friendly, and helped us with everything we needed! The cafe was always warm and gave a luxurious feeling, and they have the most beautiful cakes! Tony and his wife helped provide us with extra amenities like soap and shampoo when the reception was closed. We will definitely be back to the apartment next time we come to stay in Bansko!

The place is nice and real cosy. As for the location - a solid 10/10! I highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Varna!

Gicho’s apartment was clean and good sized. Gicho is very responsive! Apartment has everything you need for a long stay. I was very satisfied. Fast internet. I always had parking...Always. You can park at the front of the building, on the side of the building and on the street in front of the building. Easy access to the main road also. There is a small grocery store around the back of the building and fresh vegetable on the right side. Many large chain grocery stores nearby as well. The grocery in back was very convenient though, only a two minute walk. You can use a card there also. Apartment is in an older neighborhood and it's very quiet. Everyone I've met there was kind and friendly. I will come back!

It is a very nice and spacious apartment. There is all sorts of things. Apartment is within walking distance of city center and the coast. We came in winter so there was not really much to do in Varna. However, after checkout, the hosts asked for unreasonable additional costs. They claimed we would have brought towels while we are sure this was not the case. They also asked for extra fees for cleaning (above the already high cleaning costs). And this while the living room was very smelly of cigarettes upon arrival. Nevertheless, the hosts were always very reachable, kind and helpful. We still enjoyed our stay in Varna! The apartment is definitely recommended

The place is very nice. Looked as on pictures. Parking places in the area. Denitsa was very responsive and helpful. She answered our questions in a very short time. Two supermarkets and pharmacy in very short distance. Highly recommend that place.

Very easy communication with the host. Location is top! Very quiet, in the morning you meet the beautiful sunrise with a great view from up high. Clean entrance, the apartment is very large and furnished fully enough for our 30 day stay. Thanks

Highly recommend! We had an amazing month-long stay here with our two young children. The host is friendly and responsive; the apartment is very clean, well-appointed, and even more spacious than the pictures show. As we were travelling with children, we really appreciated the crib and highchair that were available for us to use. Huge terrace for relaxing and playing, great shops and food nearby, walkable to the Morska Gradina. While being in the middle of everything in Chaïka, the apartment itself is still very quiet and peaceful. Perfect place! Will seek this place out again for our next trip to Varna.

This place was so lovely, clean bright and modern. All the family loved it. We have stayed in Bansko for 13 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed and would stay again. So well equipped pots, pans , air fryer ! Walkable distance to gondala and town centre. Definitely stay again ☺️

Sehr biges Appartamnet, gros am Pool gelegene Terasse. The host is quick to respond. Also cleaning service with change of towels and bed linen was surprising and pleasant. The location is great: beautiful pools with free sunbeds and umbrellas, well-kept and supervised complex, the sea in 1 min walk, great views of the sea. Shopping, excursions such as Aquapark or old town Nessebar nearby, eating nearby. Oven and stove function flawless. The dishes were immediately added on request, we were finally able to cook everything. Out of 3 beds are 2 top, one has a very laid mattress. The crib is good. Already well-versed upholstered furniture, but was still okay. Wifi in the rooms is good. We recommend the accommodation.

Very good choice I highly recommend it if you want to go skiing it was worth the money. The host is very kind !
