Great, cozy little bungalow away from the hustle and bustle but so close to town. Wi-Fi worked well, AC was great and the fully stocked kitchen was wonderful. The yard and street to get to the house does get pretty muddy and messy when it rains but that’s to be expected during rainy season. Yes you hear the roosters, but that’s Bali and didn’t bother me one bit ☺️ it’s like your own little oasis! I slept so good! Would definitely come back.

Made’s place was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and artistically crafted interior and exquisite views of nature. There are hiking trails nearby and the pool is by a flowing stream that produces the most calming sounds. There is a grand tub that could likely accommodate two people, and the air conditioner worked well. He and his family made me feel so welcomed right from the start and are all extremely attentive to your needs and questions. This is a truly place of love and peace. Highly recommended!

We have been living in Denpasar for one year, but we are originally from the U.S. where we lived in the Blue Ridge Mountains, had a garden, and spent our evenings by the campfire. We were looking for a place to get away for our son’s 16th birthday and hoped for somewhere away from traffic and surrounded by trees. We could not have dreamed that we would find a place that would ease our homesickness while also allowing us to experience the true beauty of the real Bali. If we could move into the cabin, we would in a heartbeat. The staff is incredible and they immediately made us feel like family. We have officially named the cabin our “home away from home” and hope to return when we begin to feel homesick. If you love the outdoors, gardens, trails, flowers, and campfires, you will not be disappointed.

What to say about this place? Have you ever dreamed of staying in a fantasy-like tiny home overlooking rice terraces, mountains in the distance, and rolling green hills? Well if you have this is the right place for you. The attention to detail and creative aesthetic touch is what initially drew me to book my weekend-get away with my wife here and the pictures did not disappoint. As soon as we got there I could not stop looking around and admiring the art, the colors, and the general feel of the place. The biggest question I had while staying here was "When will we get to come back?" I would highly recommend booking a trip here!

Wir haben noch nie in einer besseren Unterkunft übernachtet, alles war perfekt. Das Haus ist traumhaft mit wunderschöner Aussicht, toller Umgebung und viel Komfort. Die beiden Hausmädchen Widya und Dian waren die perfekten Gastgeberinnen. Wir haben von Ihnen tolles Feühstück bekommen, sie waren immer sehr höflich und haben uns bei all unseren Fragen geholfen. Wir wollten zum Beispiel Roller ausleihen nd Wäsche waschen und es wurde direkt geholfen und alles organisiert. Der Service war wirklich hervorragend und wir waren mehr als begeistert. Die Einrichtung vom Haus ist gemütlich, das Haus ist mitten in der Natur und man kann Geckos, Eichhörnchen und andere Tiere beobachten. Es ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Es gab viele kleine Extras wie frische Blumen oder kostenloses Mückenspray. Wir haben den Koch- und Essenslieferservice mehrfach genutzt und waren damit sehr zufrieden. We had a great time at Raquel's place! It's even more beautiful than in the pictures and it was amazing waking up to the view of rice terraces. Only thing that might bother some people is the thin layer of dust that comes with the cement style of the home - not a problem for us, but could be important for people with allergies. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!😊

Toller Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Hier kann man sich von all dem Trubel gut erholen, allerdings muss man auch längere Zeit fahren bis man bei Sehenswürdigkeiten oder guten Restaurants ist. Für mich war es in Ordnung. Eni war eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin. Ich habe mich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Der saubere und tiefe Pool luden zum schwimmen ein. Ich komme gerne wieder :-)

Superbe villa qui correspond aux photos. Tout était très propre et rénové. L'hôte et sa femme étaient très aimables. Il faut prévoir que cette villa est à environ 35-45min du centre-ville d'Ubud. Si vous recherchez une villa authentique, qui se trouve dans un quartier calme entouré de rizières, n'hésitez pas! Merci pour le séjour!

Потрясающая вилла!! Невероятно красивая территория, джунгли словно из фильма, пение птиц по утрам! Нам понравилось буквально все! Уютные спальни, комфортные большие кровати, очень удобные матрасы. Есть стиральная машина с сушкой, полноценная кухня с посудомойкой – что не часто встретишь на Бали. Все чисто и уютно! Персонал очень отзывчивый, девушки помогли нам разложить и погладить вещи. Утром нам приготовили вкуснейший плавучий завтрак, спасибо Кадеку еще раз! И отдельное спасибо за фотографии в бассейне, огромное удовольствие плавать в бассейне и видом на каньон. Вилла такая уютная и красивая, что совсем не хочется уезжать, мы вернемся сюда на более длительный срок 100 процентов! Это тот редкий случай когда фото не передают всей красоты и масштаба виллы! Спасибо, едем дальше на север!

We had an incredible stay at this truly special villa. Nestled in the middle of lush rice terraces, coconut trees, and mountains, the setting is absolutely breathtaking—photos don’t do it justice. Our host, Romain, was brilliant—very responsive and helpful, providing lots of useful information and suggestions before our stay. But what made the trip unforgettable was Koplo, our driver and guide. He lives in the village and gave us a real insight into Balinese life—introducing us to his family, showing us around his village, and taking us well off the tourist trail. Highlights included Batukaru Temple at sunrise, cycling through the Jatiluwih rice terraces on e-bikes, stopping at a coffee plantation and a natural hot spring—all organised by Koplo. He also arranged delicious Balinese meals cooked at the villa. If you're after nightlife and beaches, this place isn't for you. But if you want peace, nature, stunning scenery and an authentic cultural experience, Villa Loti is perfect!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hidden Gem — Unforgettable Stay! Asa Villa is hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed. It’s absolutely massive — way bigger than most villas you’ll find. Usually places like this are not being rented for tourist stays, its TOP level of villa for Bali. The villa is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained with huge pool, multiple relaxing areas. All decorated in style, super clean 👌 It offers total peace and privacy. The view over the jungle and ocean is breathtaking — it truly feels like your own private paradise. The owners and local staff are wonderful, welcoming, and make everything feel even more special. If you’re lucky enough to find Asa Villa available, book it immediately. Places like this come around extremely rarely , and I’m already dreaming of my next visit. Hint - don’t be afraid of location a bit outside main city area - you can easily order all you need delivered by grab/Gojek if you are not feeling like going shopping yourself 😉

Die Unterkunft war ein einziger Traum ! Super sauber, ein toller Pool, Blick auf das Meer und jeden Tag von dem nettesten Gastgeber Frühstück gebracht bekommen. Gede war ein toller Gastgeber er hat uns bei Transferen geholfen, wie Unternehmungen über Locals für bessere Preise. Die Kommunikation war perfekt er ist super lieb und hilft einem einfach bei allem. Der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach viel zu wenig für so eine tolle Villa Jeder Zeit wieder !!!

Huset var större än det såg ut på bilderna, stora fina rum. Väldigt rent och fräscht, men det är ett hus som är 25 år gammalt. Frukosten var fantastiskt. Omelett och pannkakor som var de bästa hittills på resan. Wayan och hans fru tog väldigt väl hand om oss 🤩 Det enda som störde, var att det pågick ett byggnadsarbete precis nedanför. De kom in i en fas när det bankade och slog väldigt mycket. Men hade vi inte varit hemma och sjuka mitt på dagen, hade vi knappt märkt av det. Väldigt prisvärt boende med den goda frukosten och transfer in till Ubud C.

We only stayed here for 1 night, and now I wish we had a whole week there! The whole place was gorgeous, even better in person than the photos. Hosts were so helpful and friendly, will definitely be attending again to visit another one of their treehouse villas! Thank you so much :)

Villa Gita is the kind of place where you go to really get away and relax. It’s great for a group of people who want to be away from the hustle and bustle and really live in a real Balinese village. You’ll see perfectly dark skies at night from the pool and be spoiled be the beauty of nature around the property. The staff at the house was so nice and helpful. Ayu will organize great food and will organize picking up any grocery and special items for you as you’re around a 10 minute scooter ride from the nearest mini mart. Theres a local guy named Wayan who drove our party around the island and was completely sweet and informative about sites to see and local knowledge. He even took me to a special Barong cleansing ceremony in the mountains that was maybe the highlight of my weeks spent in Bali this round. His rates are very reasonable and such a better way to drive around than trying to rent a car. It’s an amazing place to kick off epic motorcycle journeys on epic country roads

We really enjoyed our stay here and will come back to visit again. Homey, traditional space with some nice modern touches in a beautiful surrounding.. Narina and the local families were so helpful and made this experience very worthwhile. Definitely recommended - you will enjoy visiting Hidden Well guaranteed!

For those that want a very relaxing and secluded holiday away from the other busy places in Bali, we can’t recommend this place enough. Paired with the great food at the ecolodge and all the wildlife you get to see, this place provides everything you’d want for a quiet holiday.

Cannot rave enough about the place, it was more than you could wish for! Stunning picturesque surroundings, easy to get to location with a lot of activities nearby, very comfortable and beautifully designed villas with all the amenities and service of a 5 star hotel. Really grateful to the staff and the owner who made our stay unforgettable( we have even extended because we have enjoyed it so much) and our anniversary special by very special flowers decoration in our room and a candle lit dinner. The villas are more than reasonably price and extra services are very affordable. Highly recommend their spa, it’s an absolute must while you are here with very skilful therapists.

Love to stay there with my husband, we enjoy the view and we love their dog so much, I will always miss you Bella 😍 eventhough without aircon is still fine and I can use the kitchen for cooking.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa near Seririt on Bali's north coast. The location is perfect—nestled in a quiet area close to the coast, offering peaceful walks among vineyards and rice fields. The view from the bedroom and terrace is stunning, making mornings and evenings truly special. The swimming pool is both convenient and sufficiently deep, perfect for a refreshing dip. Plus, it's just a 15-minute scooter ride to the lively area in Lovina with shops and restaurants. Highly recommended for a tranquil yet accessible getaway!

Sehr luxuriöse Villa mit riesigem Pool und direktem Meerzugang. Das Gebäude ist erst wenige Jahre alt. Sehr schönes, modernes Design von innen. Sehr gepflegte Außenanlagen. Wir wurden jeden Tag frisch nach unseren Wünschen (vegetarisch oder mit Fleisch) bekocht. Das Personal war sehr dezent, aber jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Es war für uns beide eine unvergessliche Woche; wir kommen gerne wieder. 10/10

The authentic Bali experience in a beautiful setting and a peaceful environment. Here you have both a private space along with being part of the homestead. There are many places to explore/be even within his property. Many places to eat, a meditation nook & a swing* overlooking rice fields & a river the enjoy. One waterfall is only a 10min leisurely walk away, it’s a gem. When I first arrived I felt at ease and excited actually as he shared menues for -activities he guides -spa treatments on site (amazing & a must-enjoy!) -meals by his lovely wife and -access to a driver whom is a family member. Honestly I had to stay longer as I love his peaceful home with many conveniences (bonus’s) and the amazing experiences (Temples, Purification Ceremony, Bali New Years, Waterfalls, Rice Fields, Hinduism & other Conversations etc!) Absolutely amazing hosts - the entire family is involved in caring for your visit here. It’ll be hard to leave but I am grateful to have been. :)
