Looks exactly like the photos. Really nice and spacious villa, modern decorations and nice furniture, you really feel at home! The surroundings are nice and from the bedring a beautiful view of rice terraces. The pool is very clean and new. There’s a few good restaurants in walking distance for lunch and dinner and only 10-15 minutes with car into Ubud center. Can highly recommend booking this villa.

Beautiful villa in peaceful countryside. Bayu was very responsive & accommodated all our requests. He helped arrange cakes, flowers and the most delicious dinners. We enjoyed our stay very much and had a blast celebrating our birthdays! Highly recommended!

A gorgeous villa with impressive landscaping right on the beach, lots of room everywhere, both indoors and out. Lots of places to relax according to your mood, be it in loungers next to the infinity pool, comfy seating by the dining area and jacuzzi, in the gazebo overlooking the pool, on the back terrace, or at the seating area right adjacent to the beach (incredible and romantic sunsets). The staff were friendly, but in now way overbearing. The cook prepared good, sometimes basic, meals for us that were very tasty and introduced us to some local flavors as well. We told here what we wanted for the next day, she did the shopping and brought the receipts, this worked well. The beach is really nice, with big waves kicking up on some days. Standing in the water facing the villa, while looking at the sunrise coming up in the east and seeing the full moon going down over the volcanos of Java in the west is almost a spiritual experience.

‘Felt like home’ is exactly it. The place was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. Smooth check-in, great location, and overall a really comforting stay. Would love to come back!

All in all, the stay was perfect. Super friendly staff. Lightning fast responses to messages. Super service no matter what time. There is always someone present at the reception to fulfill every wish, whether you come by with a coconut in the evening and ask him to open it or think that you would like to have a massage in the morning. They take care of everything immediately, at any time with a smile on their face. In addition, the place is super clean and fantastically beautiful. The only small drawback may be that it is not accessible by car and you have to park your car a few hundred meters away, which is not a problem because the staff takes you to the car or pick you up at any time by scooter. We were super please with our stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

This was one of our best stays in Bali. We absolutely loved this location. The pool was awesome! The team on site is amazing! They can arrange just about anything for you from a snack to massages to full daytrips. The extend team of drivers are also really great. They were all locals and have a wealth of knowledge on Balinese culture. We had an absolutely amazing time!

Very comfortable villa, with extremely happy and helpful staff. The pool is amazing and was warm to swim in. Very peaceful location with relaxing sea view. We had the staff cook our first meal of rendang, chicken skewers, fried onion rings, gado gado and cap cay - it was a delicious feast. Other nights we made good use of the very good bbq facilities. Maintenance issues were dealt with promptly.

Megananda was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and great services available. The food is some of the best food we have ate since we have been in Bali! I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone! Thanks so much for your hospitality and we will be sure to return the next time we are in Ubud!

We loved staying at this beautiful villa. All rooms were very comfortable and pool and social areas were very nice. If you are looking for a beautiful spacious villa sorrounded by nature, then this is the perfect place. The host was very helpful, and all the staff very proactive and nice overall.

The property is awesome. Very spacious and beautiful, with a view of rice fields all around. For people who want a peaceful place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is it! Dont look any further. Mr. Ngakan was super-helpful - got us whatever we needed, including local transport, helped us plan for sightseeing. His wife made us a delicious dinner spread. The breakfast that was included in the package was awesome as well. Probably one of my best airbnb experiences. 10 on 10.

What a fantastic time our family of eight had at Villa Samora. From the first communications with Monique, and then subsequently Kadek, the seamless pick up from the airport by Putu, and the warm welcome when we arrived. Kadek did a marvellous job organizing private Balinese musicians and dancers for a special celebration and snorkelling trips. The groundsman, Made, goes about his tasks with a warm smile so efficiently, as does security at night. We all grew very fond of our lovely ladies, Katren, Putu & Ayu, whose gorgeous smiles, delicious food, and exemplary service made us quite teary to say goodbye to them. They made the experience that much more special. It was the perfect holiday villa, with room for everyone to find space if they needed it and come together when they chose. I highly recommend Villa Samora!

I absolutely loved staying at this place while on my honeymoon! My only regret is that I didn’t take a flower bath with that beautiful view! When we come back to Bali, my husband & I plan on staying here again! 10/10!

Absolutely beautiful place with an amazing view! Everything was fresh and clean. The location is great, though the road to get there is a bit tricky, so just be prepared for that. The house was very well equipped with everything you might need, including thoughtful touches like little snacks and drinks. I really appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

We spent two amazing days here, and we only wish we could have stayed longer! The villa was spotless, with every detail carefully prepared for our arrival. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was simply stunning, featuring a huge bathtub perfect for relaxing after a long day. Hot water was always available, which isn’t always a given in every place. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool on the terrace with breathtaking views of the rice fields – an absolute paradise for the eyes and soul. The host was exceptionally kind, always helpful, and ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible. This place is the definition of luxury and tranquility – perfect for relaxation and escaping everyday life. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Great stay! Beautiful villa especially the pool, the hammock with this jungle view! The bathroom with shower and bathtub is great. Very welcoming arrival and good tips. He helped us get to the elephant reserve and allowed us to rent a scooter to get around. Always very attentive! Bonus: breakfast included in the price On the 2 nights booked, it was not nice (a lot of rain) so we could not enjoy the amenities: swimming pool and hammock 😰

Everything is extraordinary, from the villa to the staff. A little noisy at night, but that's normal since you're in the jungle. We had the misfortune the first two days of having a gecko in the room that kept us up all night, but the staff was ready to remove it immediately.

We were warmly welcomed. Although we arrived late, we got authentic jungle food that was very delicious. We had a very nice time and the mud ceremony was a special experience.
