Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bulaq

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

It was a beautiful experience being with at the place . I was very understanding and the place was full of life and positivity. The staff was very cooperative and wonderful.

Wonderful stay tucked back from the gate with plants all around. Our flight arrived late on New Year's Eve. Karim was a very gracious host who stayed up past midnight on new year's to welcome us.

Central location, clean, looks like the photos, comfy beds. It’s a great little place to make your hub in Cairo

El mejor departamento en El Cairo, la zona es transitada pero tiene mucha vida, muchos comercios cercanos, comida, perfumes, tiendas, etc. La atención por parte del anfitrión fue sobresaliente, siempre estuvo al pendiente y tuvo mucha flexibilidad. El acceso puede parecer caótico pero es totalmente normal en El Cairo, la gente que está en el edificio es amigable y respetuosa, el departamento es nuevo, moderno y cómodo. Recomendado totalmente.

الشقة كبيرة ونظيفة جدا بعيده عن الزحام والضوضاء ، شفت شقتين عنده جميعها نظيفه وجميله الخطأ بس في لوكيشن الشقة في التطبيق غير مطابق للواقع علما بأن هيثم ارسل عنوان الشقة

بصراحة المكان جميل جداً وقريب من كل شي كل الخدمات قريبه منك وما تحتاج تطلع اوبر هذا بالنسبه للمكان اما سيد انسان رجل بمعنى الكلمه اي وقت تكلمه يرد عليك ولو فيه مشكله تنحل من اطيب الناس والله محترم وكفو ولو احتجت اي منه ما يقصر بصراحه انصح وبقوه المكان جميل جداً اكيد راح ارجع للشقه ذي مره ومرتين وعشر مرات

المدخل قديم ولكن المكان جميل ومرتب ونظيف جداً، يوجد مصعد، يوجد كاميرات، جارك بالدور مكتب محاماة، الأمان عالي والخدمات متوفرة حوله، البقاله مقابل مدخل العماره ٢٤ ساعه والشارع نفسه فيه بنك ومركز شرطه ويكون الشرطه جالسين على الشارع من الليل الى الصباح، تجربه السكن وسط البلد كانت من افضل التجارب اللي جربتها في مصر، عادي جدا تجلس يومين ماتطلع من الشارع تستكشف الاماكن والاسواق والناس الرايقه اللي تقابلك.

This is our third stay in this beautiful apartment - once before last year and then at the beginning and end of a sightseeing road trip from Cairo to Luxor to Hurghada and back to Cairo. It is such a beautiful apartment, with an amazing roof terrace. Yasser is always super helpful and it really does feel like a home away from home for us now. Can’t recommend this place highly enough ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

الصراحة موقع ممتاز جداً وامان والشقه نظيفه واثاث نظيف وتعامل المستظيف كرامه كان رائعا جداً وفي قمة الذوق انصح في المكان وخاصة العوايل الي تحب الخصوصية والهدوء يوجد تحت البنابة كل الخدمات ويوجد مقهى 24 ساعة رائع جداً تقضي فيه احلى الليالي

Très bel apparement entièrement rénové et climatisé dans le vieux Caire à 10-15 min à pied de la place Tahrir. Le gardien de l’immeuble est très gentil et accueillant. L’immeuble a 3 ascenseurs. De nombreux restaurants et magasins dans la rue et les rues voisines. Je me suis toujours senti en sécurité dans le quartier jour comme nuit. L’emplacement permet de vivre pleinement la vraie vie Égyptienne. Hoda est une hôte bienveillante, réactive et disponible à tout moment. Elle nous fournit plein de renseignements sur la ville. Pour les prises en charge des excursions (que ce soit avec get your guide ou directement avec les agences locales) le quartier est comprit, contrairement à d’autres quartiers où il faut payer des suppléments pour la prise en charge.

This must have been one of the most beautiful AirBnBs I've ever stayed in. High ceilings, well curated decor, quality furnishings in an apartment sited in a charming building with famous past residents of Egypt high society. We stayed 1 week as a family and had lots of space to navigate, and discover many unique art pieces and details in the space. Garden City was lovely for walking around and a central point for exploring both Cairo and Giza. The neighbourhood was very busy with lots of honking heard throughout the day, but truly this is hard to avoid in Cairo. Plus there was a neat noise machine in the room for those who may need -- a lovely touch! Only frustration was the hot water in the shower, as it was gas-powered and quite tricky maintaining a consistently warm shower. Nevertheless, Charlene was very helpful in trouble-shooting and following up on our comfort levels. Overall, I very much appreciated the thoughtful details and soft place to rest in Cairo.
