We spent unforgettable days in this wonderful house. Clean and tidy in every corner, everything you need for a comfortable stay was at your fingertips. I was especially impressed by the stunning view of the mountains that opened from the bedroom window. The owner was a very nice person, always met and gave useful advice. Great house, away from civilization and hammor. Plenty of points of interest within an hour's drive radius. For example, we went to Shipit Falls and Synevir. Alexander is a pleasant and hospitable host. Prepared a trampoline and sandbox for our kids. And we were treated with real wine. His parents live in the neighborhood and you can buy fresh eggs, forest honey and other natural local products .

Great house in an incredible location! The views are mesmerizing. Most loved the BBQ place, which sits right above the river that runs near the house. Nice and tidy area. The house and furniture are wooden, so be prepared for creaking sounds:-) The beds are double, but not very large, for example the three with a small child will not fit. The hostess was very quick to respond and responded to all requests. Thank you Oksana for a great stay!

Anyone who will see the listing of Victoria's house - you are very lucky! rushing It was an extremely pleasant experience of spending time in the house and the area around. Incredible nature, beautiful mountains, waterfalls - a real treasure! The house is as comfortable as possible, even better in person than in the photos! Victoria and Yuri are very caring hosts, how questions or difficulties arose they helped right away. I will mention the neighbor animals separately: the mare Karina, the friendliest dog in the world🤍, Bima, who walked with us into the mountains, and his playful girlfriend doggy, whose name, unfortunately, flew out of her head. They made our vacation with our friends special too! I sincerely recommend this place to everyone. A good option for an economical holiday with a family. The hosts of the house are extremely friendly, always in touch, offered their help with any questions. Hosts live in the same yard, but they didn't interfere with the rest and the yard is a little secluded. You could always order homemade delicious food for an adequate price and buy homemade milk and eggs. The house is not well renovated, but there is everything you need for your stay, and if something is missing - the hosts will instantly bring it :) The house is for a thrifty getaway for a family or a small group of friends. From the disadvantages: 7 kilometers you have to go on a very bad road. Sometimes I didn't want to go anywhere, so as not to go on that scary road. But for those who, on the contrary, do not want to go anywhere, there is a place around the house where to walk :) Another unpleasant minus - the toilet door does not close until the end, so I do not advise those who need to seclude themselves for toiletries)) Overall, I recommend the house.

One of the best stays we've had! Great location - the view from the window is simply incredible. Mrs. Oksana is very kind, gave me the opportunity to check in earlier, advised interesting places, deliveries, grocery stores. The house has everything you need for your stay, including the ability to cook - there is all the necessary utensils. We got off the lights, but the house is connected to the generator, that is, there is constantly light and heat. Free shuttle service from the railway station and back, which is very convenient. We had a large number of positive impressions, we definitely recommend and plan to visit again.
