Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Hi Bronya & Antonello We have tremendously enjoyed our two weeks stay at your clean well-equipped apartment in Villenova Cagliari that was a most comfortable base for our planned exploration of the city and the more local area. You have been a most attentive host providing an accurate welcome pack that we referred to regularly for guidance ( bus 7 is a most interesting circular ride around the old citadel) with the market San Benedetto just 5 Minutes’ walk and cucina eat dining about 10 minutes away or an evening’s stroll up to the Bagni Pubblici di piazza costituzione and back about 90 Minutes. We recommend visitors using the bus service down load the CTM bus finder APP and purchase a 7 day ride card for 12 euros that can be topped up if required and get a hard map of the city as mobile signal strength can be a sporadic in the narrow streets. We used Get your Guide APP booking 3 major tours. Lots more to say but few characters left. Thanks Andy and Mandy. 45 years anniversary x

The apartment is very spacious and beautiful, there were four of us and everyone had their own room. There are two bathrooms, both with a shower. The apartment is in a fairly central area and there is the possibility of parking the car for free nearby. It is equipped with everything (towels, hairdryer, even a beach umbrella). Rita is very helpful and also gave us a lot of useful information for visiting Cagliari. Highly recommended

Massimo is an exceptional Host! We encountered some problems unrelated to Massimo, and he was always available by email or in person on site. He is a warm, welcoming person who has only one obsession: Your comfort Thanks Massimo... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a little gem. Also go see the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It is very spacious and offers plenty of room to relax. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view – absolutely stunning. The outdoor space was lovely as well and would have been perfect for spending more time outside, but unfortunately, it was a bit too windy during our stay. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

We spent a wonderful 3 weeks in Michela's house. The house is very nicely decorated, renovated, fully furnished. We were most impressed by the garden, which is magical, with lots of palm trees, plants, we enjoyed the jacuzzi. There is direct access to Nora beach from the garden. This house is an ideal place for children, we were with three (1,4,7) the garden is a place to explore, the sea to frolic and there is even a small football field near the house. The center is 5 kilometers by car, where there are various traditional cafes with excellent croissants .You can get to the main city of Cagliari in only 30 minutes by car. We were looking for a quiet, safe place and this house exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be very happy to return to this place. Michela was very kind, always available and ready to help. We definitely recommend it for those looking for magical and peaceful place. Thank you very much for this opportunity.

Claudia is a very attentive host, and her house is ideal for large families looking for a quiet getaway. There are lots of possibilities for day trips, but equally lots of possibilities for relaxing by the pool, reading a good book, playing pool volleyball with the kids, making great dinners and the likes. I highly recommend it.

We had a really nice time there. The house was clean and has a nice terrace. The dogs were so cute and friendly ☺️ Stefano and his son were really nice hosts. I recommend this place to those who want a great accommodation close to the beach.

With a lot of patience, Daniela waited for our late arrival, picked us up downstairs on the "main street" and accompanied us safely to the house, which was very helpful. Then there was a very warm welcome with small attentions, we felt very welcome. We enjoyed life in nature there and the wide view of the sea. We could watch sunsets every evening from the terrace or the upper balcony. The sea is sometimes still very restless in May with high waves, so we respected it and bathed on calmer days. Yes, it takes a while to get to the nearest grocery store, so good planning is necessary. We found the unpaved road to the house unproblematic to drive with our car, but the car should not be lowered. Daniela responded promptly to questions. We would love to book this place again.

We had a pleasant stay at Augusto's place. We were warmly welcomed and he gave us lots of tips. He wanted to think along that we definitely took advantage of. Thank you so much Augusto for everything!

We loved this apartment. Being in the penthouse was fabulous. The views were amazing. Love the decorative decor of old fashioned items. Huge apartment. The host was very helpful and recommended places to go. So convenient to the places to see and the bus to the train station was across the street. I can’t recommend this host and his apartment enough. Stay here, you will love it! He even had local desserts for us.

Very good stay with Angelo and his family. The place, in the middle of nature, is peaceful while being close to the axes connecting it to the tourist areas. Angelo is very friendly and has good tips.

Very beautiful house, quiet. The location is conveniently located for exploring the area. The host and the person who takes care of the house are very responsive: we had a problem and it was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Excellent!

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. We had a great stay, the house is spacious, as described, the residence is quiet and clean, we even saw deer and deer!! Beautiful terrace and pool. Antonella is very kind and flexible (we arrived a little late). They welcomed us with some local specialties. I highly recommend it.

This is one of the best Airbnb accommodations we have ever stayed at. It is very peaceful, clean and spacious, just as the listing described. You are surrounded by beautiful flowers throughout the garden, the pool is great and they came to check the water quality during our stay to ensure everything is in order. You have all the amenities you would need, the only thing missing is the WiFi but we used our mobile internet and at a place like this you want to relax and switch off your brain and also the outside world, so you wouldn't need the internet anyways. It's a very calm, and relaxing place where you can just recharge your batteries and feel at home right away. They welcomed us at check in and check out and made sure they explained everything in detail. We had to change our checkout time and they were very accommodating and they are also very responsive via text messages in case you have any questions regarding the place or the area. We highly recommend staying here! :)

Overall, we had a great stay in Nebida and we definitely recommend this accommodation. Rita was very friendly and the house is beautiful with a stunning view. There are only two points of criticism from our side: Unfortunately, the pool was (very surprisingly for us) only open from 12-15.00, therefore we could not use it with our little daughter (because she either had to sleep or eat during that time). But we don't know if the new opening hours are new or of they change during the high season. Also, we had to wait 1 hour longer to check-in (which was communicated well and friendly on that day but not very easy with a little hungry child that had to vomit after a long drive).

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

We had a really enjoyable stay - the accommodation is in a great location just a short distance outside of central Iglesias. The accommodation is very well kitted out for a self catering stay, very comfortable + quiet. Gianmarco + family were very helpful throughout our stay + very accommodating with our arrival, queries, etc. Would certainly love to visit this area again + highly recommend staying here.
