BEAUTIFUL PROPRIETY 10 MIN FAR FROM THE AIRPORT

The propriety is our family holiday paradise.The ancient Dammuso have almost one hectare of garden. Jasmine, almond, bougainvillea, fruits threes and century-old olive trees. The housing units are built on different level.The main part has a living room,a big kitchen giving on outside patio and a terrace, a large bedroom, a bathroom with a shower room. This building has also an heating system that work very well in winter. Two adding independent entry bedrooms are connected with the main unit.

A coastal view showcases a traditional dammuso structure with natural stone walls. Lush greenery surrounds the property, while the serene sea stretches in the background, highlighting a boat gliding across the water. The clear sky enhances the tranquil setting.

The reviews describe dammusi and hospitality better than anything else. A dammuso overlooking the sea, a morning dip followed by breakfast on the terrace, an aperitif at sunset overlooking the African coast, and at night sleeping to the sound of the waves. The terrace, with its stone barbecue, is your best restaurant. Ideal for children, the sea is right in front of the house, a swimming area, and the house grounds are perfect for playing in peace. Ecco la soluzione ideale per una vacanza da sogno. Rivolto a Ovest, a due passi dal mare e dal porticciolo di Scauri, con incredibile vista sugli spettacolari tramonti dell'isola, ha anche accesso al grande giardino esotico che raccoglie decine di esemplari di rara bellezza. Una camera doppia, il bagno spazioso e la veranda dalla quale pochi gradini conducono alla piscina, sono gli elementi essenziali del dammuso. Sono compresi la prima colazione e il posto macchina, piscina condivisa.

Splendid property consisting of two independent dammusi with private terraces and sea views: a two-room and a three-room apartment, both fully equipped with every comfort necessary to spend a wonderful vacation. They can be booked individually or together. Although the owners of the house live on the upper floor, they are very discreet, moreover, because of the way the dammusi are designed, they manage to guarantee total privacy and relaxation.
