The Historic Austin House in Downtown Manteo

KathleenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This property is exactly as described and as the pictures show. It is lovely inside and out. It is extremely clean and well appointed. The off street parking allowed more than enough room for our Yukon XL. The neighborhood is very quaint and felt very safe. Gia, the host, responded to my late day request to stay at the property very promptly. When we travel to this area in the future we will seek out this property again for our stay.

The Cottage at Muddy Creek

GabrayellRating, 5 stars5 days ago
I had the most wonderful stay at The Cottage at Muddy Creek! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so peaceful—exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. You can tell there was a lot of thought and care into every detail. The self check-in was super easy, and the views by the water were absolutely stunning. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy escape. Can’t wait to come back!

"DownWinder” Oceanfront Retreat

FatimaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
This was our first time in the Outer Banks and we loved this cottage for our family of five. It was convenient, clean, had a great kitchen, very cute, wonderful views of the beach and ocean, and the deck had a walkway over the dunes right to the beach. The location was close to grocery stores and other amenities. Diane provided beach chairs and an umbrella and the deck had a shower to clean up before going back in. All of this made our stay here easy, relaxing, and fun. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Charming 1BR Condo w/ Pool & Beach Access

DottieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was an ideal location in Duck, NC. The beach associated with the resort was devine! The surrounding area is mostly single family homes, making the beach very private to the resort. The unit is located away from the pool, so it was very quiet and lovely. The view is not really of water, but it's a great deck to watch sunsets. I would return to this AirBnB again!

No Ordinary Sunrise - Dog Friendly & Waterfront

MikeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The home was clean and instructions were very easy to follow. Since we were looking for a peaceful location on this trip, it fit the bill. The view was worth the cost. We knew there would be others around, as it was described accurately and clearly as a condo community. Supplies were very sufficient for us, and the owners were responsive. Enjoyed this trip!

Away From It All

VanessaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great week stay!! Had some issues with the internet not working when we first arrived but Amanda was very responsive and called Spectrum to get it fixed the next day for us. Listing was as described. Lots of bugs and flies outside but to be expected since it was in the listing. Saw a few bears in the area and wildlife! Nice and secluded - about a 25 min drive into Nags head, not bad. Was able to utilize the grill which was nice to have a cookout with the family! Overall nice stay for the price and had a great vacay with the family

Tiny House on the Albermarle

MattRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was wonderful!!! We travel with a very reactive dog who barks and is stressed out by everything, and this place was perfect for her. Cute little spot with a great, VERY quiet road to walk down. The interior is cute and just ideal for an easy, comfortable place to chill and sleep. My wife was taking a course at the Pocosin Art center so this was largely just a “sleep and eat” kind of Airbnb, and I loved it. The ONLY thing I would recommend for anyone interested in staying here is that if you’ve never used a Mr Cool a/c unit (we have one at home too), ask a friend for a quick walk through, otherwise you could go to bed chilly and wake up at 4 am sweating like crazy :) Great roads for runners also, lots of ways to add a couple miles here or there, and I only got chased by very small dogs. Birds GALORE.
