I appreciate the responsiveness of the host especially when we have questions and concerns, flexible check-in and kind host. The place is clean and safe, definitely worth the price.

Ms. Aigee was very polite and the house was very clean. Would have been nice to have an electric hot and cold water dispenser for convenience but other than that everything was perfect and cozy. I brought my own LAN cable because I work online and their internet connection was reliably fast during our visit.

Our stay at Sir James’ place was amazing and worth every penny we paid for! It was very homey for us… the area was peaceful and secured. WiFi was okay, but a faster speed would be helpful and greatly appreciated for those who work online like me. Would also like to suggest having a TV/Netflix, it would be amazing! All in all, me and my family enjoyed our stay. Super grateful for Sir James and his family for being so accommodating. Would love to stay again next time.

The locations it is as deceived but it is away from the crowds and busy life. I did like the location away from everything busy but if you are driving you have figure out parking since is not always you can park in front of the house. I like it for the privacy I got and it was worth it being away from busy areas

We enjoyed our stay. The place is cozy yet affordable and the host was very responsive. I would certainly be going back and stay at her place next time.

Gretcel’s place is cozy, clean and comfortable. Towels and sheets are fresh and smell good. We were able to cook meals as cooking tools are available. I like the quiet neighborhood of Camella Prima Ampayon, it’s safe to take a walk or jog around. Most of all, Gretcel is a wonderful host, replied promptly and was very helpful with local recommendations. Also, I left my airpods after checkout, and she arranged for its return. Thank you! Will definitely book again when in Butuan City.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Mary Grace Gome's place! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean The location was peaceful, and the amenities provided were thoughtful. Mary Grace Gomez was incredibly friendly, making sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed during my stay. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again on my next trip!

Anneffer is very good to deal with, friendly and responsive. The house is very clean, tidy and has everything you need. There is a tricycle that comes by between 7 and 7:30am to sell drinking water. 25 PHP per bottle (water dispenser size). if you don't have a bottle to exchange, they charge 160php. I left the extra bottle there, so hopefully Anneffer will leave it in the house for the next guest. That way, you don't have to exhaust the existing bottle before you exchange for a refill. This is a gated community and the guards are always friendly. They check everyone that comes into the compound, so I felt very safe. I can't say enough about Anneffer and the house. I highly recommend staying here. The only caveat is you likely need to have own transportation because it's far from the main road and not really walkable to anywhere. Taxi is an option too. Thanks Anneffer and Venus for hosting me.
