The apartment has all the conditions for a good family rest. Both Juan and Ludy were very kind. Clean sheets and towels with a pleasant smell, the three rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is very complete with all the necessary items. We traveled by vehicle and were able to leave it in front of the apartment, in a bay where it was safe.

An excellent area to stay, quiet and safe, very close to shops, shopping centers, parks. Just as seen in the photos. Yazmin is very kind and always attentive. Thank you!

It is a great accommodation, it has all the amenities a family needs, the parking lot is in front of the accommodation, a very central place in Girón. The accommodation only has two observations, it is close to a rumba area and close to the river.

The stay at the property was very good, we really enjoyed it. From the beginning, Giovanny was very attentive at all times, both with directions to get there and with anything we needed. Javier and Carmen are very friendly people and always willing to help and make everything work properly. The place is very quiet, ideal for resting. We hope to be back on an upcoming trip!

The house is just as reflected in the photos, in fact more beautiful and comfortable, very complete kitchen. In a few accommodations you get so comfortable with the number of bathrooms, although we were not with children it seems super that they have a space with furniture for them , board, and a wall for which they can play. Eduardo was very special, he gave us very good recommendations about which places to visit both to know and to eat. The coffee next to the house is spectacular. We would definitely come back and will definitely recommend it.

Luzbin and his family are some of the nicest people you could meet. The service is fabulous. We asked for a few things to be provided and they were delivered within 20 minutes. Nothing is a problem. The reception team is also very helpful and very friendly. The apartment was probably the cleanest one we have ever walked into. Spotless. And the little welcome pack is very nice. The bedding and linen are quality, as are all the furnishings. There is loads of storage space. San Francisco is a bustling neighbourhood with lots of little bars and restaurants. Taxis (or Uber) are plentiful and a taxi almost anywhere is generally less than COP8,000. The apartment feels like home. I would come back here anytime.

I think it's a fair price for the attention and facilities they offer you. We appreciate the hospitality and it is certainly a place I recommend if you plan to be in Bucaramanga and want to feel like a homey atmosphere. If I came back it would be my first choice
